CDP with great flexibility, integrations and reliability

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the key. The way they make it so easy to create attributes and audiences and setup connectors is amazing. It requires really less of the time to get someone onboarded and changes are very easy to make. Implementation is extremely easy as well and the amount of connectors through with we can send the data to our partners, tools and even our own internal services is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often it's hard to test the changes as there is no staging environment on the server side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving feedback to our partners so they can optimize, we also use this for affiliate payments.

What do you like best about the product?
- Tealium CDH is easy to set up, implement and integrate.
- Access to the user properties while browsing is crucial to enrich the user experience for our website visitors and to integrate with other services running on pages
- Functions allow us to integrate with corporate services making CDH more robust for complex calculations, mappings and enrichment of user data
- Connectors to bring the data to our backend systems allow us to take snapshots of the user profiles to mine data and get analytic insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Lack of more B2B capabilities to enable acount based marketing
- Lack of better capabilities to visualize user data within the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Profiling of visitors with first party data and ability to stich data across platforms
- Create insights and propensity data based on user behaviors
- Enable in-page services to enrich user experience and personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium enables us to combine customer data from numerous touchpoints and sources, such as websites, mobile apps, offline interactions, and third-party systems. This consolidated data might offer a complete picture of our customer.
It provides real-time data collecting and processing, giving businesses access to the most recent customer insights and enabling them to act quickly on that information.
The platform can extend as a firm expands and is built to manage massive volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can only get the most recent error logs from connectors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data fragmentation is one of the key difficulties it addresses. Tealium provides a single source of truth for customer information by centralizing and integrating this data.
Data from many sources, like as websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and more, are integrated with us the aid of Tealium Customer Data Hub. Through this connectivity, all client interactions and touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and the interface is modern, clean, and attractive. It requires technical skill and understanding yet the way it's laid out, it makes it easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making changes in dev and another colleague is making changes, there's a pop-up that there's a newer version. I wish it wouldn't do that each time. I wish it would do that when I'm trying to save my own version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium is helping us transition all our tags and events from Google Analytics to G4 and helping to collect that data to have better understanding of a customer's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Slick real-time event driven processing and product delveopment roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features take longer than expected to activate on our private cloud instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using ad platform Conversion APIs allows us to improve the quality of our conversion signals and improve media optimilzation. Leveraging the CDH to power our digital experience allows us to personalze our user expereince, and activate personalization outside of our site, via email and ad camapigns, based on complex behavior patterns.

Cannot see more than 10 connector logs in the UI

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is done around data, variables triggering actions or filtering flows. You can easily define your events or flags using variables in your datalayer isntead of implementing multiple event listeners like competition does. I love how easy this solution is to integrate with inhouse architecture of tracking providing useful tooling and documentation. The support is always quick to respond and to solve the reported issue, never had any issues getting the help I have expected. The suite is full of features and can be easily tailored to your needs, Tealium staff is always there to help and talk about problems or needs of scalling the solution. I am working with Tealium tools everyday. I never had any major issues with accesibility or any of the tools being down. Our company integrates Tealium with internal tools frequently as we build our tracking around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user experiences in the UI might need some polishing, nothing gamebreaking just quality of life things sometimes are not up to the quality Tealium provides with functionality of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect our platform data with E-commerce and Analytics vendors using front-end and backend integrations. It simplifies the interaction with marketing tooling and enables us to use our internal archiecture to the full as it serves us as gateway to send offline events to various vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium CDP has enabled us to blend diverse customer data sources, subsequently establishing standardized audiences that can be leveraged across our marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhancing the user experience would be helpful. Adding more options to audience connectors. Reporting is limited.

Establishing a 360 customer view. Removing data silos. Identifying engaged users for targeting across marketing channels.
