Easy to Use, Robust Features for Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and understand and has a robust set of features available for marketers to take advantage of. Tealium has really helped our web and marketing get the information needed to make better marketing decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of much that I dislike. Maybe consolidate the options available into a less intimidating UI so more users can grasp the products ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium is helping our marketing department solve issues related to acquiring new students for the colleges that we manage and also to understand what may help with finding prospective students.

Unmatched Support, Fast Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the best-in-class customer service from Tealium Customer Data Hub. Their team is always prompt with the answers I need. When I put in support tickets, our representative takes care of us with any issues or troubleshooting questions. I find the knowledge base and documentation super helpful. The initial setup was also fast.

Adaptable and Easy to Use—From WYSIWYG to Advanced JS

What do you like best about the product?
It’s nice that it can be adaptable for those you know how to use extensive JS code vs using the WYSISWG interface which is very easy to understand and when using JS extension you can now search on words in the code that might not be in the UDO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding out all the new features which can be daunting at times. Would enjoy an easier path to figuring out what each component does and maybe how it would apply to our current workflow. Perhaps AI would help with all that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streaming analytics so that it’s much easier to figure out what is derived vs explicitly sent. It’s very easy to look up how things are mapped with the marketplace tags available.

Best-in-Class Visitor Stitching Powered by a Strong Events Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The visitor stitching feature is the smoothest capability I’ve seen in a Customer Data Platform. TRACE and Visitor Lookup are excellent, but Tealium’s rules and enrichments wouldn’t mean much without the events platform feeding into Visitor Stitching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging can be challenging at times because I don’t always have easy access to the logs. I also really need a better tool for moving changes from one profile to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium Customer Data Hub provides a fantastic signaling engine that I’ve integrated with my databases, data feeds, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce instances. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to respond in real time to customer data behavior.

Customer Data Activation and Proactive Innovation, AI at the edge of- amzing product

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to bring customer data in and get customer data out, and there are wide marketplace connectors available. The tracing capabilities also make it quick to debug issues when they come up. On top of that, I appreciate the proactive innovation and how well it keeps up with industry trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no error log available, and there’s also no alerting in place if something goes wrong with the data flow. For example, if for any reason my tags and CAPI are put on hold and nothing is firing, I end up hearing about it from my vendor partners rather than from Tealium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize real-time customer data, making it easier to manipulate and synthesize it, and then activate it in real time to build customer trust and deliver personalized, curated experiences.

A Game-Changer with Awesome AI Features, Tedious Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Tealium Customer Data Hub is like a really good kindergartner and your best high school friend. It plays well with others and is easy to hang out with. It does a good job of aggregating data and taking the right action. The new AI features are awesome, and the ability to add context in real time is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it tedious to set up initially. Logging when interfacing with third-party vendors could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tealium Customer Data Hub for data aggregation, tracking, and activation. I like that it plays well with others, aggregates data well, and the new AI features enable real-time context adding, which is a game changer.

Eases Data Centralization and Personalization

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Tealium Customer Data Hub for its ease of use, making it user-friendly for our needs. The MomentsAPI stands out as very fast, allowing us to ultra personalize the customer experience effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
CAPI does not work well and the initial setup was painful, especially when creating all of the attributes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tealium Customer Data Hub to centralize our customer data and personalize the customer experience. It helps us understand who our customers are when interacting with us and the fast MomentsAPI helps ultra personalize experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Tealium Customer Data Hub is very marketer-friendly, especially for people who aren't very data science savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be better in terms of interfaces for true data science professionals that wanna really get their hands dirty with the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tealium Customer Data Hub to manage communication effectively, preventing overcommunication with customers by suppressing messages to certain audiences.

All Our Data in One Place, Ready to Act On

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that we can house all of our data in a single source to be able to act on - being able to have the same audiences feeding to media and web is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could use MomentsIQ without TealiumIQ because we have Adobe Datalayer. If we were able to use MomentsIQ with our AdobeDatalayer we would be able to pitch to our execs the further benefits of Tealium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send audiences of users who have already engaged with us or are clients to our media platforms so we do not remarket them with content they have already seen.

TiQ and Audience Stream: Loving the Experience So Far

What do you like best about the product?
TiQ and Audience Stream. Customer Support is great. This helped removing the GTM and the website traffic is directly fed into Tealium. IVA data and data orchestration is cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as yet. We took almost 18 months to started Tealium in its capacity. We are more to do with Tealium and so it is bit early to say as what is my dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
website traffic, market data, HCP data all were in different places. Tealium helps to collect all, orchestrate it and create audiences. This tool is going to be a game changer in our orgainzation.
