Easy to implement and manipulate tags
What do you like best about the product?
Once the base code is on your site or app you can integrate various tags within Tealium IQ and not have to change the code on site or app going forward. You can also use extensions to manipulate the data to be more user/business friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface for the publish version history is not the most user-friendly way to view when trying to find a publish that has caused issues. A calendar view would be great to easily identify the publishes for certain dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the control to integrate various tags such as Analytics, Social, Campaign tracking etc. without further development required on website and app.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium is an incredibly power piece of software - in terms of the ability to a) apply tags, but also to manipulate the data into a usable form
What do you dislike about the product?
There are issues with button tracking, link clicks and the ability to follow users through SPA's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilised as the engine that powers Adobe as well as the data warehouse.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of Tealium IQ is the use of many vendors in one tag management system, with the use of extensions to open the horizon even further. It has improved tag governance in my organisation and reduced the time spent in making changes across different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the 5-minute delay between the deployment of my publishing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having many different vendor tags being implemented from different servers, Tealium helps me do this from one single platform

I like the new interface and the amount of resources there are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a few more resource videos. I find videos much more helpful than the documentation. More case studies and examples to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How easy it is to see the data layer and configure tags. Also the amount of the resources are great for troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
The different audiences segmentation options, discipline, subdiscipline, company etc. It allows me to build more nuanced audiences that krux.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no boolean search string option available to different job titles must be inputted manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use audience stream to exclude candidates who have already applied for roles at a certain company so we do not pester them with emails prompting them to apply.

It is for detail-oriented people!
Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
TiQ is a powerful platform. Not only can you manage your tags through it but use a variety of extensions to make for example onsite changes (javascript extensions).
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing can be sometimes tricky especially when multiple users work in TiQ at the very same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customising tags, using it for GDPR consent, onsite pop-ups and to make any other quick online fixes when the web development team is too busy to implement them

There is a lack of flexibility in assigning capabilities to users; you only have three types of users. Sometimes it is not easy to use for someone who is not an IT person.
