TiQ is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like how concise they make the panels for information viewing. I like the future Github integration as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a REST API for querying current tag and extension code. Similarly I wish that the Github integration would work for tags as well as extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used it for all our tag management and it's been great for that. It's simpe to use and for a new user like me it's easier to get started than with a homegrown alternative.

It's a great product. Do it.

Great Tool..bit of a learning curve..
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to use audiencestream to setup email automation. We have seen massive lift with just this one channel on only a few brands and we are excited to use this to build more audience to reach users on other channels...
What do you dislike about the product?
however, when using this... its not the most straight forward thing to setup... highly suggest getting into a training bootcamp with Tealium to go over how to start using Audiencestream... we were never really walked-through any example use cases when we first were introduced to AS....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been trying to solve for "how do we get the right messaging to the right people in a timely manner"... we have been able to utilize the Marketo Connector and we have seen tremendous lift from these automations. It has made getting more personalized content to users a lot easier. There are so many other connector options and we are always looking for new ways to utilize AudienceStream!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly suggest going to a training provided by Tealium... huge learning curve...

I love the endless capabilities of AudienceStream, especially when taking into consideration the integrations with other complementary tools.

There is a learning curve to use it, but that goes with any martech platform these days.

Central data repository to activate audience-driven marketing. Eliminates the need for multiple separate integrations. And much, much more.

The more complex your technology ecosystem, the more work you will need to do--even though Tealium dramatically simplifies the process.

Simplifies personalization across channels--including performance media, lifecycle marketing, and website experience.
Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using the tool for 3 weeks now. It seems powerful and more easily customizable compared to competitors with which I have experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I don't find this tool as intuitive as other competitor tools.

Tealium IQ management
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium has a great customer support. Everytime I am stuck and put ticket to Tealium Support, they get back to me asap and help me fix the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
WOuld be super helpful to have some form of products that helps governance and quality assurance. Something like observepoint but inbuilt in Tealium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage implement tags and extensions in efficient way.
Great tag management solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy and fast to implement new tags out across our websites. Great variety in tag vendors available for deployment, and easy to configure to get things up and running fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many technical solutions, there is a learning curve at first. Tealium implementation team helps you get through the early challenges, but having a good understanding of how tag management works will help you immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get data captured that flows into Tealium's Universal Data Hub, where it can then be used along with other data to create syndicated data that flows to other platforms like email vendors, personalization, etc.
