Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows you to identify events, create badges, and put them into audiences in a very intuitive manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the data layer is not built cleanly then you will run into problems. Need an easy clean up or merge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify customers and providing real time actions to reach them.

What do you like best about the product?
A product that simplifies the foundations of marketing activation, AudienceStream comes with a range of connectors to reputable marketing platforms that are easy to use and quick to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning curve is steep and difficult to delve deeper to debug unexpected behaviours in tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to share and orchestrate across multiple channels and bring back control of customer data in to the organisation.
Great implementation team ensuring we are setup for success.
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Tealium IQ has been a positive experience. The Tealium team is dedicated to ensuring that we are setup for success taking the time to help integrate Tealium IQ, and work with the team make sure they are trained appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was not clear to users, and some of the reference materials were not clearly articulating how the data layer would be setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key business problems being solved include reducing the time needed from Engineers to setup and manage tags, as well as, helping to improve our access to high quality data.
Great for tag management
What do you like best about the product?
Easily and effectily allows our team to update tags inside an easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of having to use the authenticator app every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of vendors, having the ability to make sitewide updates saves a lot of time and ensures consistancy.

Tealium IQ Management is a straight forward, easy to use tool for managing your tags.
Connect ALL Your Data Sources
What do you like best about the product?
AudienceStream enables us to bring in our customer data from ALL sources, online and offline. This helps us build richer customer profiles to support audience segmentation and targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have more visualization tools and custom dashboards in the platform for quick views of identified audiences and behaviors vs having to rely on 3rd party analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a single customer database that can be leveraged across all digital channels and in support of onsite personalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine your use cases upfront and have a clear implementation strategy to support.
Incredibly versatile, unlimited potential
What do you like best about the product?
AudienceStream has the ability to create very complex and nuanced audiences, with a relatively simple interface, and no coding necessary. Building your own personalization platform from scratch would be a tremendous undertaking, and signing up with Audience Stream can get you ahead of the curve extremely quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the variables/attributes can seem redundant at times (UDO variable -> Badge -> Audience). The training helps clear this up but for beginners it can be confusing

Personalization and testing, demographic and firmographic targeting.
Sweet Tealium Goodness
What do you like best about the product?
Tag management is death by a thousand cuts, or like riding a unicorn through a cloud forest. Tealium is the latter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more insight into tags withing tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper attribution of activity equates to the best Marketing decisions. There is no compromise here.

What do you like best about the product?
AS has been helpful to build our marketing leads. Segmentation and data enrichment has been the main features we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time data or missing data have been some dislikes but we have been working closey with our tealium counterparts to fix this.

We are trying to build marketing leads for this.

Great tool to help manage and deploy a diverse set of tags to help speed up insight collection.

Need more training materials for the beginner

Cost / time to deploy analytics. Also track cross brand audiences

Tealium IQ has been fantastic to work with and makes tag implementation has been super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a tealium limitation but more of a user limitation. Having this be my first tag management experience it has been hard to learn but not impossible,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tag placement no longer takes conversations with our web development team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will save you so much time compared to traditional way of placing tags.
