Most complete TMS solution I've worked with, despite its technical complexity.
What do you like best about the product?
The powerful and strong datalayer solution, and the environment management. Also the opportunity to edit tags templates and make them even more custom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to sell to our customers. It's complex to explain to our clients why they have to pay a licence for the tool if there are cheaper opportunities. For me, from a technical perspective, is easy to see its benefits but hard to tell to a business or finance profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most recent, it was GDPR and cookies management. It's consent prompt helped us a lot to figure this out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even though it could be a little bit difficult to get used to it when you start, it is really worth it in the end, and you can get deeper levels of data granularity.

Working with libraries. Using the "associated elements" function to assess which elements are affected. Wealth of offerings in the Marketplace.

Lack of approval workflows. Working with templates and different objects in "order of operations" is can be challenging. Default setting for extensions.

Tag management. Standardization of data layers. Event listening and enrichment.

What do you like best about the product?
Libraries and Tealium support. The team is really helpful in solving our problems.

Enterprise wise functionalities. User management, profile duplication, copying etc.

We are using it as our primer tag manager helping us collect data. We build robust custom tracking standards.

More enterprise solutions. Enable the tealium backed scripts for public.
Tealium IQ helps with scalability
What do you like best about the product?
Libraries + tag marketplace are the biggest advantage of Tealium IQ, the support is superb and usually helpful. Description of versions is super helpful in case more persons cooperate on the same profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
user management is pretty difficult when you have more than 1 account and measuring mobile apps is not that easy as other solutions on the market. Overall, it requires a bit of technical skills so besides simple configuration you need to understand a bit of technicalities. Onboarding of new tags could be also faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring websites and mobile apps, the best benefit is usage of libraries and versioning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go though communicaty and partner wiht your Tealium engineer. General backlog for improving Tealium IQ would be a good source to collect ideas. Audit run every 2 years can help to improve the condition of Tealium IQ as well as communication of updates to clients.

Tealium AudienceStream is a great product from a technological standpoint and definitely a pioneer in its space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tealium AudienceStream value proposition is not very appropriately communicated, it's not very easy to explain to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium AS helps our customers to unify their data and work from a people-based marketing approach.
Best for multiple users and teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like custom environments which allow concurrent users to work at the same time. I also like the way the extensions work, they are quite useful.

Please bring us back the My iQ Tab. It was very useful
