Great tool for website
What do you like best about the product?
It does what they say it will do, and offer any support needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve with Audience Stream
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need more support than originally thought due to how advanced the CDP actually is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Still learning all the benefits of this product, but tools are there to take our website to the next level.

Their approach towards FPD really helps companies to prepare for the next era of digital marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to use a software that is way ahead of its competitors and the whole industry. And, of course, the 1000+ integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the product guides are helpful, but in some cases, the value proposition is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prepare for a digital world without third-party cookies. Meanwhile, still keeping the business momentum and the value from digital marketing activities.
Cool things I always wanted to do is finally possible.
What do you like best about the product?
The myriad possibilities of segmenting, activating, analyzing audiences, and the DIY element that comes with it, is the best components. We are not limited by "the borders" of the software in the different ways we want to connect data. The API library is incredibly wast; it doesn't let you down. Even if there is no OOB connector per se, there is always a way to make it happen, albeit via simple coding using existing Tealium protocols or raising a request to the support team to roll out the bespoke data connector.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work with a team that manages the product implementation for us. The interface and the functionalities look a bit intimidating. I currently don't even dare touch it before having completed my Tealium certifications. I sometimes want to dip my toes in the water to explore, but I always got anxious about "breaking" the system if I pressed the wrong button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a B2B business, we primarily use our CDP to leverage a lead scoring mechanism and personalize and automate instrumental conversations at the right stage of the lifecycle of a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to have an agreement in place internally about the custodianship of the product, plan or foresee cross-departmental usage and agree on a process.
THE Tag Manager against which all others benchmark
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium iQ tag manager is about as flexible and functionally rich as you'll need with a mind-bogglingly vast marketplace of plug and play tag providers. Provides both server and client-side options to improve performance where required and future-proof. The service support is the best in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionally rich platform can be a bit daunting at first although, the awesome service support covers this well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility of tag implementation and configuration combined with good tag governance
A must for Marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium AudineceStream calls itself a central data hub and it really is. You can integrate your Email, App push, social and paid channels into Tealium AudienceStream and create unique audiences. For example, you could select customers that haven't opened an email or app push in the last 7 days but have been active on Facebook and refine your targeting.
Of course, then there is the real-time data element which allows you to target customers based on metrics pretty close to real-time. In most CRM systems the data used is 24 hours old which means often you are not targeting customers with the right message at the right time.
This type of tool is a must for businesses that use various CRM providers.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most user-friendly tool, personally, it took me a really long time to get to grips with how to use Tealium AudienceStream properly. I found anyone with a non-technical background in the business really struggled with the interface.
Cookie consent has had an impact on volumes and the accuracy of our real-time data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to work for a company where to send app pushes we had to download our target list from one system and upload it into our app push platform, whilst taking our target and controls manually at the same time. Obviously, this is a time-consuming and inefficient use of time, open to errors if you do not have the correct cross-checks in place. Enter Tealium AudienceStream which allowed us to build our app push audiences in an automated fashion with the data flowing from our big data platform into Tealium AudienceStream onto our App push provider.

Nothing to mention apart the need to have a training / onboarding at the beginning of the adoption of the tool

Increasing our known visitor: using visitor stitching feature. By using Tealium AudienceStream, we multiplied the number of known visitors by 4

The best CDP in the market
What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete and mature CDP where we are able to create full omnichannel journey in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't the possibility to create a control group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no problem at the moment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a complete Customer Data Platform, "marketing-friendly," and
I think AudienceStream CDP will be a central part of our further digital development
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in driving the data between the offline and online systems and relatively easy logic of the activation
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical disadvantages coming from the data model and sometimes hard path to make it compatible with our systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the systematic and organizational disconnection by driving the digital marketing campaign audiences from a central hub. The benefits are mainly more streamlined and smart communication with our users on our digital platforms
Personalization like we’ve never known before.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to segment our audiences allows us deliver differentiated messages real time cross device which is pivotal in building 121 relationships with our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration has taken longer than expected due to whitelisting issues with search engines on the activation points but this is being resolved and theTealium Team were very helpful in resolving these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to personalize our relationships with our audiences and build loyalty in addition to building our own 0 and 1st party data audience segments which supports our ROI efforts.
Invaluable for our business transformation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build relevant customer profiles based on digital and offline activity
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a little daunting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer profile being shown to sales agents when speaking with customers provides insight and opens opportunities for cross and up-sell that would previously not have been discussed. It also means that no-contact quoting is more relevant.
Additionally using AudienceStream allows for a far more managed online advertising budget - excluding existing customers from paid advertising and building more targeted retargeting campaigns.
