Rollbar is really awesome
What do you like best about the product?
They have very simple API for integration and really does well in tracking the errors. The pricing is also good and fit for startup companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that so far for a year of using it, I haven't had any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you easily trace the issue because of the details, browser, people. It helps you trim down the issue to its source.

Great way to organize bug fix workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to group similar logs together. Issues tracking is straight-forward and assignments are simple. Switching to rollbar in place of emails cleaned up my inbox and allows me to pinpoint the most commonly occurring issues and triage. Feels like JIRA without the overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic grouping doesn't always work properly; sometimes duplicates are treated as separate issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking issues with user submitted data; problems with data integrity. Tracking bugs across releases and having a centralized repository of issues with their causes allows faster resolutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give the trial a shot if you're on the fence; implementation was straightforward and you'll know pretty quickly whether it's a good fit or not. The free tier is really generous and should be enough for small projects while the base level for the paid product is very reasonably priced.

How the exception are grouped is confusing

Keep track of errors. I also feel more safe knowing that if something happens, I'll receive a message and I can review what happened daily,
Fantastic Debugging Tool with Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Integration options and ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is the lack of BitBucket Pipeline support. I had to write a manual integration with BitBucket Pipelines for CI and it would have been awesome if there was already a bitbucket-pipelines.py sample file to go from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Random client issues and assured compatibility across all devices.

I was amazed at the simplicity of Rollbar to setup and integrate with existing products!
Quick setup w/ great visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can have all of my different projects in one place, regardless of platform. Makes tracking down bugs (whether it’s frontend / backend / mobile app).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I’ve found so far is to my disliking

I wish it was easier (no engineering effort) to disable some of the alerts so you aren't billed for a bunch of stuff. Muting it still goes towards your quota.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where issues are happening before we get customer complaints.

Easy to get started. More effort required to customize per your requirements.
Compliant Error Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all our applications and services reported across an easy-to-use dashboard is critical to us being able to maintain/improve our MTTD. Knowing that our data is safe and compliant (HIPAA) with Rollbar was a crucial differentiator for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as seamless as we'd like with getting users added to the projects they need access to without administrative action. Adding a deeper integration with SSO to do this would be awesome and save us a bit of work with on-boarding of users and projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consolidated view across our services allows us to get a full-picture view of how exceptions or crashes could be related and how they might be cascading through our system.
Great bug catching monitor for live apps
What do you like best about the product?
It’a synoptical views that help you ti quickly find problems and regressions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the new layout the errors total count has gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to catch errors before our customers notify us about them

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast events tracking, monitoring and searching service. I use it every day and I must say it pays off each cent. I used other error tracking services before and must admit that Rollbar is the best. Also it was easy to integrate events tracking into our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
There're none. All things work perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I monitor events and errors through deploys, extract some data from occurences using rql, create tickets in bug tracking system just from Rollbar interface.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate it in your app, your tracker and github account to reveal the power of events and errors flow tracking and monitoring.
Keeps our team on top of issues
What do you like best about the product?
Rollbar let's our team keep on top of errors as they appear. I really like it's error grouping, as it makes it a lot easier to see related issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes come to mind, the software meets our needs quite well.

Keeping the majority of the team members plugged in via a slack integration has been very helpful for us,
