What do you like best about the product?
Centralized error management, error mapping with timelines and usage, great user interface, selection of integrations, and dashboards. Tracking of errors across environments is a huge time saver.

Some integrations are more painful than others (looking at you, JavaScript, with your errors and required mapping files) - also error grouping can be difficult to get the hang of

Code improvement, more confident deployments, lower error resolution times, better customer experience with releases, less lead time between requests and getting the features to market
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and simple it is to use! Its integration with Slack is amazing. I don't have to constantly look at my e-mail or the website.. I can just go about my workday and check the slack channel whenever there's an error reported. It also keeps the rest of the team informed of what's happening.
