What do you like best about the product?
I like the clarity rollbar gives in what errors occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation can be improved and more support calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving issues with failed orders and jobs. We are benefiting by reducing development time and on-call schedules.

The exceptions are displayed in a convenient/logical way
What do you dislike about the product?
We've run into limits on our storage that are inconvenient

We are able to handle exceptions as they arise, and its useful for auditors

Great tool for user created logs

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to control what gets logged. Only contains information in the log that I want and doesn't contain a lot of other noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes to load and review occurrences. Wish that system would lazy load the last 5 occurrences to allow me to traverse quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending critical errors to Slack to fix quickly. Debug a system that does not have an advanced logging metric. Sharing log information with non-admins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consolidate messages as much as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Rollbar- Now I have become more efficient in tracing and tracking errors and issues that occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't any such. it has been almost two years using Rollbar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Errors and Issues- Thanks to Rollbar, I don't worry and keep track of recurring issues. Because Rollbar itself identifies and keep the count visible.

I find the search to be a little confusing, I'm never sure if I'm using it correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Rollbar to track any issue so it is really helpful to alert us if there is any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be, sometimes, too complicated and hard to find what we are exactly looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues related to our Dashboard, the frontend part of our application. We can quickly identify where the problem is and what can be the cause for the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time reporting and great dashboard for tracking issues and resolving them, full detailed reports, it's highly recommended. And settings area is nice and understandable.

Enhance rollbar interface and get it to be more modern and beautiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to continuous deployment practices we follow, bugs are more likely to get by to production even with thorough testing. Rollbar helps capture and detect those edge cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is kinda murky. For example, it is difficult to upload source maps of an Angular project programtically, for first timers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortens down the time taken for clients to explain the issues they have faced to us, as we can directly check the Rollbar logs for it.
