Great tool for error tracking!
What do you like best about the product?
- Smart error grouping. The default grouping algorithm works great in most cases. It also gives you the ability to add custom grouping rules so that you can group the errors in the way you want.
- Very reliable. We've been using Rollbar for more than two years now, and I have never had any issues with it. Rollbar did not miss out even a single error.
- Fast error tracking. It takes only 2 -3 seconds on average to appear in Rollbar after an error occurs in your application. Depending on your setup, you also get notified by email, Slack, etc.
- Super easy integration. The .NET SDK is super easy to use and integrate. You can get Rollbar up and running in just 15 mins.

What do you dislike about the product?
- We use Rollbar mainly for backend error tracking, but the frontend error tracking is a little noisy as it reports errors which are out of the application scope.
- As we use Rollbar to monitor our busy API services which are used by a few clients, we do get a large volume of errors which can be a bit expensive.

Error logging and error tracking. With the help of Rollbar, we could get the bug fixed before our clients notice it.
source maps handling not flexible, versions support only in advanced (pricey) plan
What do you like best about the product?
some advanced features like RQL (querying your data in Rollbar) , dashboards - these are nice yet not must have for early stage
What do you dislike about the product?
Version support is important even (or especially) for early stage projects thus the only option is to jump in to advanced plan ... Or just go to alternative solution being good enough for start and beyond.
Also got disappointed finding out there is no wildcard support for source maps which I found very useful feature of Bugsnag.
