All business processes are automated within bpm’online CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We have had the full bpm’online CRM for marketing, sales and service for several years now and can’t imagine our business without it. Implementation was very fast and we started using the out-of-the-box processes right away. The best part of the implementation was sales module. Integration was seamless with our other systems. No coding experience or extensive training was needed
What do you dislike about the product?
To some extend it can be a bit complicated for non-techy users. At the same time, once our team started using it daily, they absolutely loved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has easily been one of the best benefits to date. Outlook integration works perfectly and really saves time for everyone. And from a support standpoint, they provide top-notch service 24/7. Within bpm’online we automate sales processes and pipeline management, email marketing, event management, billing clients’ hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The complete CRM product has exceeded expectations and is so easy to use. Their sales team was very easy to deal with throughout purchase process. I’d definitely recommend this product! User interface of bpm’online is quite user-friendly and looks fresh.

What do you like best about the product?
Having tried many CRM systems before we love how easy and intuitive this app is. It's really easy to setup and administer. Business process management capabilities work perfectly well for our process-driven organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even it miss a few features I require I still like it and recommend this tool for others.

The day to day activities of all the salesforce team are managed within bpm’online. The system simplifies data entry, information sharing across the entire organization.

Bpm'online is a very powerful CRM platform with easy and intuitive interface. What makes it stand out from the crowd is the engine of business processes underneath that helps to streamline and automate daily routine. Out-of-the-box process plus easy to use process designer gives you almost unlimited capabilities for process automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with bpm'online is very positive in general. The only minor areas of improvement for me would be data integration and import ( make it easier to migrate from a previous solution) and more advanced analytic and reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you want to eliminate human factor and ensure your sales team works according to the highest standard BPM part would help you be successful. Also, it is crucial when we talk about new employee ramp up and overall user adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
With the deployment of the bpm’online software, we aligned the work of our marketing, sales and service teams and integrated data from different locations and channels. What our agents liked is that the bpm’online system enabled them to deliver personalized services and to support each client. Business process management capabilities are a huge advantage of bpm’online for us. Moreover, the bpm’online platform is scalable and flexible and meets the changing needs of the travel market. Finally, the implementation process was thoroughly planned which ensured the success of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn’t anything to dislike. The project was carefully planned and thought through – thus, everything worked fine.

People like the personalized approach and high-class service that we deliver when they travel. That enabled us to grow very fast. Unfortunately, our CRM system was failing to keep up with the pace of our growth. Hence, there was a need for a more effective CRM solution. We were looking for a software that would support and foster our business expansion and growth. Thanks to the intelligent bpm’online software, we reduced technology costs, and improved productivity. We achieved considerable improvement of sales and marketing productivity. Our improved interactions with clients resulted in increased revenue and customer loyalty.

The bpm’online system is time- and cost-effective. This smart process-based CRM improved the productivity of our agents and increased our revenues. Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
It was a pleasure to work with the bpm’online team. The team demonstrated the flexibility and support throughout entire process. We were also happy with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. It eased the process, provided us with the useful guides and tips. Using a full bundle product enhanced our operational processes since we had the tools to manage the entire customer journey from customer acquisition to customer retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that I ‘dislike’ something about the system, however you need to consider to have trainings prior to the deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bpm’online helped us to improve our customer relationship. The complete information about a client was recorded in one location, so that the staff could keep a track of it and access information when it was necessary. Bpm’online strengthened our growth – we started from the satellite offices in the Netherlands & Austria and plan to roll out globally with the head-office in Germany.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Business processes engine is a very powerful tool but it is advisable to choose a vendor that can provide you with a personal Customer Success Manager. Believe me, they take their time for you.
