What do you like best about the product?
The multi-package structure is nice, you can do most things waiting in crm, you can go through it with code, it's nice
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like business processes, a bit confused people may have trouble understanding, sometimes their bugs are very different, they work on support for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we had to keep the multi-currency structure separate for a client recently, thanks to the low-code platform we did exactly what our client wanted and that's great

We were looking to better organize our sales team operations, and Creatio has proved to be a great solution to address this issue. With Creatio, we have our customer data consolidated in one place and can access it quickly from any device. Our reps easily schedule visits and manage tasks. The system helps us track team performance and turn data into actionable insights boosting results.
No-code platform for high-quality customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The system provides you with the tools to create workflows that mirror your business processes. You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The Creatio Academy contains articles that educate you on the product, explaining all the steps to navigate the system quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What comes to mind for improvement would be more flexible setup of dynamic dashboards that would allow us to change time intervals we need data for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Creatio for internal and external customer service. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitiveness, user interface, no-code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but i would like to have MSO365 integration.

Creatio is used across our organization to manage customer and partner interactions - it's our primary source of truth that makes us data-driven. What do you like best about the product?
I like that Creatio is more than just a CRM. It’s a platform with strong process management capabilities that helps to build required workflows at speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes minor issues happen like with any other software. However, Creatio support team resolves them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our company didn’t use any software for case management and processes automation. Creatio implementation helped us optimize internal customer service operations. The system provided case categorization capabilities and omnichannel communication options that speed up case processing. With Creatio, we simplified cross-departmental collaboration and accelerated a number of internal processes.
Great product for big teams
What do you like best about the product?
We like easy customization: you can either do customization with or without writing code. This allowed us to integrate creatio product in our business easily and free up some time for developers as managers are free to create business processes themselves

Few developers that can modify this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many workflows for different parts of our business and the main benefit is that all of our managers work on a single platform
Significant improvement from Salesforce CRM, easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is much easier to use and configure than Salesforce, which is the CRM we had been using previously. My interface is also cleaner - I only have fields that I actually use vs. hundreds of lines that take up the page but that I couldn't get rid of because Salesforce wouldn't let me customize my page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a really positive experience so far but the one area of improvement I'd say is to embed dynamic search within the search bar. I now have to type out the entire account name in order to bring it up vs. just a few characters. This is simply a matter of convenience for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a CRM on a low-code platform that I actually enjoy using and where I can take advantage of all the functionalities that are important to me. It's really customizable which has been one of the best benefits.
Reliable CRM with low code philosophy
What do you like best about the product?
"Creatio" is a popular CRM. It is easy to use, affordable, and is reasonably popular software. The functionality is suitable for small to medium enterprises. It is relatively easy to set up. You do not need to hire a developer, and business users can do the configuration of "Creatio".
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it is a good product. At times if the customizations needed are very complex, then it is possible that Creatio may not support them. Over all typical requirements can be set up in a small amount of time.

We have used Creatio as a CRM to manage our leads, opportunities and pipeline.
Great platform and positive customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
I suppose I won’t be unique in saying that the most impressive feature of Creatio is the low-code development tools. To have the ability to adjust processes to meet every business need is why Creatio stands out.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like the platform, and our customer experience has been positive so far. There are a few process designer improvements that I would suggest, like the ability to copy-paste business process sections and use the mobile app for process configuration.

Thanks to Creatio, we built a range of custom solutions to support our sales operations and interact with our prospects and clients efficiently. We created a unified digital environment ensuring transparency of our business processes by integrating Creatio with ERP and data management solutions. Advanced analytics and reporting help us monitor operational efficiency and help us make data-driven decisions.
