Great product requiring minimal manual intervention and operation time

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great for threat protection. I specifically appreciate that it has been tuned not constantly to give false positives like our previous vendor. It hasn't required much manual intervention or oversight to keep it running and working well. The onboarding profiles provide a function to roll out the deployment gradually. This helps prevent long-term deployment issues and keeps the user base happy. We like that the application requires a cloud unlock key to remove/deactivate, so an attacker cannot disable the product even if the device is compromised and admin access is gained.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more granular update policy for the client agent would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product solves our requirement for an AV/anti-malware product. It works across both our windows and MacOS fleet with a single product. It prevents us from needing to manage multiple vendor products for AV protection.

Peace of Mind for Business

  • November 08, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud native product with simple agents taking care of the endpoints and the eco system. The non-traditional approach of defending end-points is very well working.

The dashboard gives comprehensive reports on issues, Falcon SOC gives complete support to defend and remediate issues as they crop up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well obviously cost ;). Other than that I don't think there are any issues which can be associated with CrowdStrike.
Some of the products like Log Management can have SIEM too, buying two products separately is not cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdStrike gives peace of mind by taking care of all potential threats that are generated in the cyberspace. Ransomware protection and insurance in case of attack is something unique.

Best Security we can implement at the office!

  • November 07, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it shows the process of when there is an attack and what executable it used, and where it was trying to go. I also like how you can remotely, if needed, shut down a user's computer. You can implement rules and say this executable is safe after w do some research to make sure the executable is safe. The dashboard is also straightforward to maneuver around. We put a sensor on all our Windows laptops and Linux servers, and it's been the best. It is worth having this as our security for our environment because it stops so many malicious attacks. I like how Crowdstrike does send out emails on a daily basis on any new updates going on. They also send out invitation to any training seminars that your employees might need. They are very informative and very worth it attending the training. They have different training on different categories and they send out the powerpoint slides after the presentation. So you can review later if you need to. I have referred back to the powerpoint slides when I am making rules to block certain executables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't say I dislike anything from Crowdstrike. There are different plans but obviously depending on your plan the price goes up but other than that what you get for each plan is good. Honestly CrowdStrike is such a good security software that I can't think of anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have users all around the United States and having CrowdStrike protect their laptops has been essential. We see malicious content being blocked and see when a user is trying to download something they shouldn't be. It is beneficial as we use our laptops daily and we want to ensure that everyone in the office is safe. Crowdstrike has been so beneficial! Crowdstrike has stopped so many malicious attempts that before Crowdstrike, it makes me wonder how vulnerable someone can be. Crowdstrike even gives out training to those who need to get to learn how to navigate the dashboard, make rules, and add devices. They have different categories of training you can go to and they have different time frames for depending where you are located in the world.

Crowdstrike a unified solution

  • November 03, 2022
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to deploy with the amazing help of Crowdstrike staff. It has a very small footprint on resources, and the Falcon Dashboard is very intuitive. The reports are of a standard that can be shared with the Exec team and is fully understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that there is anything that I dislike about this product. It does what it says on the tin!
I continue to look for the next upcoming best-of-breed that is fully supported globally and able to give the business the comfort that Crowdstrick does.
If you find it, let me know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It covers endpoint/cloud/threat/identity/security and observation. with AI and human expertise. This takes away a lot of the perceived oversight of security required by the business., allowing the business to concentrate on what it does best.
