What do you like best about the product?
Anyone in the company can see cases that have been entered that have issues with them. They can search by a number of different options to get to that case so it is easy for anyone to find quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many options as far as how the search functions work and it can be hard to remember exactly what information you should enter in the search fields because it can be a little vague with the search function title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily submit requests to higher levels of customer service for them to review cases and solve issues. If another rep has the same issue come up, they can see that there has already been a request submitted for that same issue to be resolved so that there aren’t multiple requests for the same issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about OnBase is that it helps with eliminating paper; it provides a place to store company data all within one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the response time, the minimal amount of feedback it gives when an error occurs, and when you submit something, it deletes the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are quite clear; storing data for company usage without the excessive paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it works out well for what my company needs from it. I enjoy being able to stick small notes and is user friendly/ uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel OnBase is fine, I cannot think of anything that really sticks out to me besides the fact that I accidentally mis-click sometimes and wish I could reverse it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with the indexing life claims and accurints.

What do you like best about the product?
easy processing of documents, makes sure everybody does their job, easy to set meetings and create calls
What do you dislike about the product?
not as intuitive as i would like, but still a great product.

processing documents easily and making sure all parts of a project are completed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of it, but it does not work as we were told it would.
What do you dislike about the product?
No copy and paste abilities with a mouse. No ability to email one person within Onbase, you have to email all or no one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It takes more time to do the same job were had before. It was supposed to streamline our committee workflow and it still has to be completed outside of Onbase and uploaded.

Ask basic questions about the product, such as email and copy abilities.

Onbase is not the most intuitive software. It also tends to run sluggishly.

Locating documents that would’ve been nearly impossible to find otherwise

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it connects with other computer systems smoothly we have some old systems and it helps them function properly
What do you dislike about the product?
finding files at time is hard as they use kind of a flow chart to get to the correct avenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use it as a database and an image transfer option. it does its job and it works great with our current system we have on hand
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can connect well with systems you already have in place. Our records system is quite old but even the updates work with the Onbase system.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is user friendly. Documents are easy to find.

My company required us to have scanning stations rather than individual scanners. So the shared process is what I disliked.

Intuitive but somewhat restricted

What do you like best about the product?
THe gui is very easy to use and very simple to understand. We have worked with the team for approximately a year and they are very knowledgeable of their product and have been also able to link to several other systems to bring additional info into OnBase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations for the system if you want it to do something that would possibly require a change in the coding this is a harder part as it is not easily changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is being used in a group that works with sales and previously received everything in email. With this we are able to lower the amount of packages clogging our email and also able to create a cleaner and more helpful way for the sales team to send all required documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A phased implementation is a good way to go that way the user can begin to experience and get upgrades and add-on's as they use it, instead of failing to implement because they wanted too much at once..
