What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create search queries for various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It integrates with UIS, but some of the communication between the two softwares are outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to build a freshman class for each incoming year at my institution. This program does help organize our applications in orderly ways.

Not much assistance or access to good training

Storing and extracting information from our database and copies of hard files such as legal documents

This is great to use for document filing and retrieval.
