Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this tool is that everything I need is already integrated. For supervisors like me who manage a lot of files and links. This one helps me reduce my worries about looking for tools or links I use daily. Also, availability of support is alreasy available.Truelly a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing that I dislike about Okta: no latency issues, easy to manage, and no broken links. Well, design-wise, I would say it will be more aesthetic if we can change the background or some of the layout colors based on our preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest factors that really helps me as a user of Okta is its integrated links, which are easy to access and have no broken links. As someone who works in an industry with enormous numbers of links and tools, it lessens my time pulling out the links one by one.

This helps and provide better security. The developer is friendly and secure with minimal custom code.

You can flexibly apply modern identity when you're building an app, integrating multiple apps, looking to add account takeover protection, modernizing, and building a platform.

The security and flexibility in building a platform.
Cant work without Okta!
What do you like best about the product?
Without okta login, We can not log in to ant tool, so its quite essential for us! I like how I find all the required app in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of verifications to do to be able to login, If the frequency cant be reduced from every week to once a month or less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an user Okta is helping with all the apps/tool, Easy to access since everything is in one place!

Valuing security
What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta on a daily basis for work. It's implemented in a very user-friendly way, as it allows easy access both through web and mobile. At our company, we have Okta integrated with everything, so it's our first point of contact when starting work. I feel pretty secure when logging in through Okta. I have also enabled biometric authentication which makes the login process very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta works great for me! The only thing that could be improved for me is the mobile authenticator (on iOS) - I frequently use Okta on mobile, and previously whenever I chose to authenticate through the mobile app (Okta Verify), I received a pop-up message, and could confirm that it's me right from the pop-up. Recently, I am no longer able to do that, and I am redirected to confirm my identity from within the Okta Verify app, which adds an extra step.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta works to secure my data, of course, and does a great job! Another thing I like about using Okta is its Dashboard - it's a place where I have all my work apps. The dashboard makes it really easy to keep everything in one place. I use it multiple times a day to access specific apps. I also like that it's quite easy to add an application there and manage my passwords. Due to my work, I use tons of different apps. Not concentrating on remembering what options I have and not spending time to remember the passwords is a huge benefit for me!

Way overpriced as an identity solutions compared to AWS Cognito or other competitors.

It's pretty user friendly. Lays everything out that I need to complete my daily functions
