Okta our is all in one access.
What do you like best about the product?
The consolidation of all the tools that we use in the OKta dashboard is beneficial. It allows us to access these tools directly without signing in individually. I just log in to Okta and the rest is one click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any at the moment. Maybe I feel like there is still something we can use Okta for aside from consolidating the tools we use to allow single sign-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I did not encounter any issues with Okta. Everything is running smoothly. It saves me a lot of time with the single sign-on feature. I have more time to review updates before starting my work and it really helps.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have the Okta system, as the user only needs to log in once to access all his applications from one place, which I find very effective, especially when they do not use many applications to complete their tasks. I appreciate how Okta allows me to customize the tabs to quickly and easily get into the application I need. I appreciate the notifications that Okta issues when logging in, where you must enter the code to complete the login process, as this process makes me feel safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, OKTA is a great tool, and the benefits outweigh the cons because of its ease of access and centralized setup. It's almost like an App Intranet or Library. There aren't any wild features that blow you away, but it does its job and does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company incorporated Okta into our daily workflow, and everything has been a breeze since. No need to type in my password every time I log in or worry about security breaches because Okta saves it all. Its plug makes it even more accessible as you can log into another software without going through the hassle of getting to another page and signing in. It also only requires a log-in session, so you needn't constantly have to resign every time you need to get to another software.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta Customer Identity enables us, the customer service, to access all of the required apps on a single cloud. It protects us to access with two-factor authentication for all SSO clients using Okta Verify OTP.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta offers solutions that enterprises can utilize to assist ease compliance by: providing auditors with reports on access and usage. Creating a single source of truth via Universal Directory. Simplifying access to important apps without compromising security.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Okta is that it is very efficient. Our company uses a lot of application and it is very easy for me to select or open all in one location, which is Okta. I appreciate the efficiency of this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Okta is that it doesn't have much features to do with. Maybe adding features about the app can be helpful for us to maximize the use of Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta helps me to find all the necessary apps that we use in our company. It has a very easy access to all applications and I find it organized when it comes to having all apps in one place.
UNIQUE AND EASY WAY OF COMPILING TOOLS
What do you like best about the product?
OKTA is the best and most helpful way to compile your tools into one desktop-like software. Very easy to use and to find your tools/apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is usable from the first time I used it and I experienced minimal issues during this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The compilation of the apps and tools that we used to put in just one login is very satisfying to use.

What I do like about Okta is it's straightforward to navigate. All our important tools was all there.

None so far. I find Okta really user friendly and easy to use.

We can access all our company tools in Okta file. One we are log in in Okta we can easily open and navigate our tools with the help of Okta.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a very user friendly application. It is very easy to use since all of the tools that you need for work are all consolidated in this one application. With just one login, you are able to login already to multiple applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about okta. As per my review, it is very user friendly and all of your needs are all in one application, with just a single log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opening multiple applications with each log ins is very time consuming. With okta, just a single log in and you will be able to open all of the applications that you need for your day to day work.
Great Tool for our Work Application
What do you like best about the product?
They are the safest and the most excellent platform I've been using so far. I can easily access and manage all my work-related applications with OKTA.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any problem using OKTA. Most of our credentials come from our clients, and this tool is their Workspace Managements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we're using many tools found at OKTA, We don't have to remember passwords. It simplifies our tool access.
