Okta for access verification
What do you like best about the product?
The Okta app is quick to open and easy to find the temporary access code needed to login to whatever system you are set up for. If your company's IT team did everything right, this won't be a frustrating step for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If ever you do forget your password or have issues with Okta, you will need to reach out to your IT team which can be frustrating but that's just how it is with company security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta replaces physical code generators. I always have my phone on me so the app is a very reliable companion for using software on my computer. The access code is available at the touch of a button.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta is a necessity if your company uses multiple systems and platforms that each need a unique login.

Easy to use and wonderful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Okta helps with customer experience all-round, with apps integrated with it, it allows for great chat monitoring and scheduling as well as customer account viewing for agents
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, it's a great platform to use and there are no issues that I have with it that would cause me not to want to use this platform as it is brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing for a great customer experience which means us hitting key performance indicators which in turn help the company realise a profit from it. It also allows us to view agents performance and help us coach and develop them

Great for identifying opportunities to improve the business as well as customer interaction with agents. Great for scheduling and adherence to ensure agents are efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is very secure, and seamless, and I don't have to sign into multiple places. Okta helps me securely store all that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislikes. Okta will have you re-verify your credentials every 14 days, but mainly for security purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app is amazing, it helps me save a lot of time from logging into multiple websites and keeps my information safe and secure. It also is great because it connects with so many platforms.
OKTA for secure logins!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a remote QA resource for a business bank and I like how easily I can access and login to all banking apps for testing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime different user roles can create confusion for the user regarding what access they have for available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKTA is helping to gain secure access for the apps under development. Testing team can follow with all validation/ verification process.

Having access to all our application from a single portal .

It is a bit overpriced as compared to other solutions.
Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to log in and it takes a long time to refresh

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta SSO is used across our entire organization as a two factor authentication method to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access. Our experience with Okta has been smooth and it has ensured tight security across the enterprise. It makes accessing all application easy from a single portal without having to login to different services. It has also made onboarding new hires easy and streamlined. It has a pretty intuitive UI making it easy to navigate through.

The way it sends you notifications with in seconds making no delay to acess your portal is very smooth

Nothing with dislike with okta because the time it takes to respond is very low so you can't expect more

That not all account types are supported and that is causes issues at time with personal accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Device Trust has allowed our organization to control access to company resources and apps from specific devices that only meet our criteria to be considered a trusted device. This feature offers a strong level of protection to our users, as well as our IT teams, because they do not need to worry about them getting compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we find that Okta documentation is somewhat confusing and not easy to follow when it comes to implementing new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues such as having a single point of access to all company resources.
