Great security, sometimes a pain
What do you like best about the product?
It protects my accounts as it should and makes it easy to navigate to other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency at which you may be logged out for no reason. Sometimes it just logs you out even though you are still active on your desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly working for a larger corporation, they need to verify that everyone accessing certain platforms are allowed access to the apps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to limit permissions to apps, it's a great product. If smaller and don't mind managing access within each department, may not be necessary.

Great Application for Two Factor Verification
What do you like best about the product?
I have used this app since i have joined Nielsen and yes it's very useful because everytime when I'm logged into my laptop and used our application it's required OTP but as used okta it's very easy only tap yes it's me and done very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislike as of now everything is working good for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used this app everyday for login into my work application like SAP And many more it's very easy only open app and tap yes it's me and done. Love this app
Best two factor authentication app
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use only tap and you logged in no need to enter OTP or password everytime very secure and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's leggings but not everytime

I have used this app since my first organisation and i have saved lots of time and also no need to enete six digit otp everytime only tap on yes it's me and it's done. Very useful

What do you like best about the product?
Great app for users no need to everytime manual code only verify and get sign in automatically in your website or application using octa easy to use and user- friendly interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes app not responding but it's not everytime it's once in a year so it's not a big deal.

I'm use this application for two time verification for my all logins it's make easy and time savings for me because it's take only minutes to accept it's me notifications and that's all I'm login easily to my account

What do you like best about the product?
Otka is the fast and secure way to log in to all of your company's apps and linked accounts. I use Okta 30 plus times a day, and it saves me a lot of time. Okta is safe and trusted by me

How hard it is to get the QR Code to get logged back in

This service has helped save a lot of time when it comes to security and the safety of the information we share from one administration to another administer. I feel comfortable with this app

I love that it houses all the different tools we need on the daily and makes logging in simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! You get logged out after certain amount of time, but I understand that is security purpose.

A simple place to go to access all the different accounts we use.

Clean app, reliable and easy to work with, predictable and push notifications are easily visible, dual factor authentication allows us to pass our SOX audit and HIPAA compliance

No complaints, I'm not an administrator so hard to speculate on ease of config or setup

VPN and security group administration, allows applications like snowflake to be integrated with active directory easily so we can manage new and terminated users via role based access

Im currently manage of all our company internal thought Okta, this has allow us a single signon option to our employess making things easier and faster for then this at the same time increases or productivity and elimantes the need of several diferent platforms to support.
