Worry free backup and restore with minimal maintenance needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and customer support is outstanding. Ease of implemntation. Features are outstanding. Integration with our vmware environment was seemless. We use this product around the clock with out the need to do much work once the schedules are set. The frequency of use is minimal once set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bare metal restores for this backup service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team and prior to getting druva we were overwealmed with backups. Once implemented we have seemless backups and restores that our team of two can easily manage.

stuck restores and not scanning file size greater than1 Gb for malicious scan

Backing up multiple workloads which includes file servers , vmware vms, sql servers and M365 and salesforce and the global deduplication helps to save more credits when comes to cost saving
Simple & Efficient Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Installation for Windows & macOS devices is pretty straightforward and easy. Either manual installation or with Intune. Interface is clean and pretty easy to navigate what you need. Access to backups are easy for endpoint and cloud along with the restore options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activation of endpoint requires user to authenticate (recently though I believe there's a workaround Druva introduce that resolves this).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure my users workstations local data are backed up in the event of theft, lost, or hardware failure. My O365 environment/data is also backed up and can be restored with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
We trust Druva to ensure the protection of our Microsoft 365 data. We know that Druva has us covered.

Druva protects our Microsoft 365 SaaS data.
Peace of mind from an IT standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
We use Druva Data Resiliency Clound to backup end user devices, and O365 mailboxes. What i most like about Druva is the ease of use. The user interface is clear, user friendly and easy to navigate. Setup was a breeze and our CSM (Amar) was there to guide us along the way. I can restore any exchange mailbox, folder, or sharepoint site with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislikes so far using Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A backup service for our end users. We did not have one previously. This makes recovery of files and new device deployment a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
The Service and Support are excellent, as well as the product. It's easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the product as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva is providing us backups for all email, OneDrive, Teams, and Sharepoint data.

What do you like best about the product?
We rely on Druva as our primary backup solution for our companies endpoints, microsoft accounts, and servers. We love that backing everything up was so simple and we have never had an issue with recovering data. On multiple occassions their backups have saved data that would have otherwise been lost.
We also greatly appreciate how easy it was to rollout and get up and running. We felt like the learning curve with Druva was much smaller than other backup solutions we have tried. All in all we are really happy and I would highly reccomend Druva for anyone that is needing a professional tool to backup critical data in their business.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Druva rolls out more and more Microsoft native tools it has become easier to use but when we first signed up their native integration with Azure was limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many business critical parts of our business that Druva is helping us keep safe. Microsoft has great native tools built in but we never want to put all our eggs in one basket. Druva allos us to have the peace of mind that our data is safe while being easy to learn and use.
Druva cloud backup and restore lets me finally sleep at night!
What do you like best about the product?
Druva's managment console makes easy work out of setting your backup windows and retention. Just a few clicks and a new data set is ready for backup. Restores are a quick few clicks as well. Peace of mind about our backups is finally letting us concentrate on other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I have found with Druva that would be a "downside". One thing is that when you want to delete an obsolete server, it can be confusing when Druva complains that a backup policy still exists. It should be able to just remove the old server and adjust the policies to accomodate removal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous backup solution was on-site. It was limiting in that we would quickly run out of disk space on that system and have to reduce retention. We actually experienced a crypto hack and all of the backup data was lost. There were no air-gaps or immutability built into that system which should be required by ALL backup systems.
Druva has solved these problems and our worry level has dropped to near zero.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and use, single-pane-of-glass interface, and the transparency of the company's security policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors are occasionally idiopathic, requiring investigation outside of the platform for triage and resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud DLP and eDiscovery.
Druva - Best Product and Support Hands Down
What do you like best about the product?
As a new administator it has been easy to navigate through. Rarely are we needing to use the portal as the Service works as intended and we can just monitor the reports that come through email. If I need to troubleshoot our Backups and DR reports I can get to the detailed logs quick enough. Support has always been more than willing to jump on a call to offer that extra support and assurance. Kudos to Pritesh for always offering great support and understanding our companies wants and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints when it comes to Druva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of use for backing up our Servers and being consistent allows us to focus on more demanding tasks.
