Good Support: Resolved My Branch Link Issue!
What do you like best about the product?
They offered comprehensive information regarding the issue.

At times, the response time from branch support can be delayed.

Branch assists in swiftly generating traceable URLs and facilitates mobile app affiliate marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The main capability of one link performing different actions per platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am searching for the Branch title of my link, the link does not come up in the search. That leads me to have to get the URL, then search that, with it then being searchable. Maybe this is a me error but it has plagued me since day 1 of using Branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to easily deep link into my app on mobile devices while taking a user to the web version of that link when on desktop/not in app.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch not just does what a MMP is expetced to do, but also adds a little bit more customisation needed by a partner to better track their business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have been better if branch would have provided not just no events but also a funnel based approach in reporting.

Branch is one source of truth for all our marketing efforts. Which help us to better track goals and efficient allocation of budgets to marketing campaigns.
Pretty good service, not clear what is available immediately, messy documentation

It does what it promises. Easy to create quick links. Sales rep was nice.

Documentation was very messy to implement our solution. It was not immediately clear how to implement things on our architecture until much deeper into the details.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch stands out for its ease of use, particularly during the initial setup process. The step-by-step guidance is enhanced by clear visual aids, making it nearly foolproof. I appreciate that when I did run into setup challenges, the support team was immediately accessible. They didn’t just give quick answers; they provided detailed explanations that helped me understand the process. This level of attentive support, which combines speed and helpfulness, is what I like most about Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t have any major issues with Branch. There was just a small mix-up when I turned on the Data Feed feature without knowing it would cost extra. However, once I talked to the support team, they helped me promptly, resolving my concerns and clarifying the billing process for that feature. It was a minor inconvenience, but the efficient and friendly resolution from the support team made it a non-issue in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch solves key problems for me with ad attribution and in-app event tracking for my iOS app. It works great for tracking Apple Search Ads, giving me a clear picture of how these ads perform.
Also, Branch makes dealing with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) a lot easier. It guides me through the process of setting up what's needed to track events for Google Ads and Facebook Ads, which can be pretty tricky. This help from Branch is a big time-saver and lets me focus on improving my marketing performance.

Very reliable tool for generating tracking URLs and monitoring metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Branch at my current organisation for the last few months and it has been a smooth experience so far, both in terms of the ease of generating links for both in-app and out-bound communication, as well as getting reliable data about these links (clicks, CTR etc). It has been very easy to make deeplinks and also select featured images and content for the URLs as I use Branch everyday to make at least 10-15 links. The end-to-end funnel visibility for the links created through Branch helps me decide which channels to leverage on and identify drop-off points in the product funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could have lower, and more specifically should have been variable, based on the number of users and admins. This is the only small concern. Also, SKAdNetwork and other features are difficult to integrate with our app and require premium subscription. Their Customer Support team does not readily respond to free users

We create UTM links, Deeplinks etc with Branch and thereby use those distinct links for our app-install campaigns, in-app communication, outbound SMS and WAP campaigns etc.

In between branch title are limited to 50 character only

Mobile attribution ..we can easily tract link click and app open from branch link
Great tool to mesure app engagement, with some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
The simple fact that it's a smart deeplink with multiple possible behaviors within the app is great. There is still not enough shared research on our ROI of using the app instead of standard phone process to make a policy change. Our Analysts seems stuck at the surface level and are not commiting that much to success stories with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The large capture discrepancy between clicks and apps opens/installs. Recently all our redirects URL's inside quicklinks disapeared due to a known bug. This is now fixed but it gave us the shivvers.
Also, the fact that automation in creation of templates is in Beta and not bundled with standard corporate license is a bit disapointing since it requires lots of manual work.

It generates engagement with the tools within the app and a "do it yourself" philosophy for the client, giving them the power of choice with their insurance policy.
