What do you like best about the product?
The Branch customer accounts team provides great hands-on technical support and goes above & beyond when supporting our range of APPs, from scoping requirements to implementation and testing.

All our data is accessible in one platform, which is simple to use.

Branch keeps us aware of the latest developments across the industry and proactively recommends potential solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be slow when looking at data across a relatively large timeframe. These restrictions can make it a pretty tedious process to get critical data points.

At present, performance data for SKAD Network is displayed in a separate tab within the interface, which makes it manual to get the complete view of your performance data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch enables us to track critical events across our APPs and accurately attribute performance to the pivotal channels in driving those events.
It's enabled us to efficiently allocate budgets to the top-performing channels while also reducing wastage from marketing channels that have not performed so well.
Another significant advantage we've realized from utilizing Branch is improving our customers' APP experience through deep-linking and deferred deep-linking.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch was what we needed to enhance our app performance. We could implement their solution thanks to their support and lead, due to their expertise
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, our company hadn't the experience to manage Branch's technology, so our alignment period endured longer than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improved the engagement of our app's users, and since then, the performances and revenues coming from there have grown remarkably every year

Great tool and great live support

What do you like best about the product?
Branch has been an integral part of our business for more than two years, and we have nothing other than praise for Branch as a tool and the support we receive directly from Branch. Any question is usually answered within a few hours, and the dedicated support team is always ready to schedule a call and tackle the problem at hand. The only reason I am not giving 10/10 is due to the (very infrequent) bugs we have encountered now and then, but even those were usually resolved very quickly. I would also like to praise the amount of support we received to deal with the changes required to become ATT compliant end to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tracking interface is a bit clunky and could be restructured to make it easier to derive insights directly. However, for our particular use case, this is not too much of an issue as we use our own BI tool connected to the branch API for insights
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Branch to be able to attribute the origin of new users are and to better understand the performance of new marketing campaigns. We are also using it for the same purpose on the business side.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Any company that wants to be able to truly understand it's users should use branch

Great Platform that Empowers the Customer Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. It does a great job of incorporating analytics and making them easy to act on. Also, the Branch team is beyond helpful and goes to great lengths to optimize the technology and its uses cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't really anything about the platform or technology that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch helps us provide an easy and simple way for customers to both find and download the app and also enter our shoe raffles. The technology allows us to deliver shoppers and sneakerheads a seamless route from mobile web to the app and a superior experience to keep them engaged with the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Branch has delivered an essential insight into the performance of our app marketing activity, in addition to providing a more targeted UX through the deployment of trackable deeplinks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branch surfaces lots of valuable data around your app marketing efforts, which can at times be slightly overwhelming, and would benefit from some better visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is helping us navigate a changing mobile attribution landscape through education & adaption to new features, which is resulting in stronger app performance across new user acquisition and driving better results from existing app users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Branch is an extremely powerful tool in helping any business to grow their app audience, and improve the efficiency of app marketing spend. Like most marketing tools, it does require a good working relationship between marketing & app development to maximise the tools performance, so make sure the right teams are involved from the onset.

What do you like best about the product?
Things I really like using branch are:
- Customer support team & our day to day technical support
- Clear and to the point dashboard, which gives me easy access to what I need (not to much fuzz)
- Easy access to cohort views
- Flexible custom exports, you can go as detailed and as broad as you want/need.
- They take action upon your recommendations and look into what they can achieve for you in a foreseenable future (and what maybe unrealisable)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike, but things I would appreciate/am missing from time to time:

- API integration for SKAD network installs (we rely on an external dashboard for communication)
- Set up of tracking In-app events, maybe something like codeless conversions like FB has.
- Future integration of of SKAD dashboard into normal dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Branch as our source of truth for our user acquisition and conversion tracking on our paid channels.
Next to this, we use Branch links to improve the trackability of all our owned/earned media.
The main benefit we have realised (which is a big one) is that we can effectively evaluate the performance of all our campaigns & make important decisions based on this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personally for me, I find Branch one of the easier MMP's to use. It does a great job in providing the core tools you need an MMP to do. If you have a lot of owned/shared/earned media then Branch is an extra plus vs others.

What do you like best about the product?
- Deeplinking works incredibly well
- The range of supported ad partners is huge
- Cohort analysis has been really helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
- The interface is a little dated and not hugely user-friendly in certain areas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Expanding our selection of ad networks beyond just the usual suspects like Google & Facebook, including running ads on local networks in markets like Japan & South Korea
- Cohort-based analysis of retention metrics
- Trackable QR codes for OOH advertising
- Trackable links for influencer marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless event integration and partner integration and the ease of sending events to all the media sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't very interactive and also the link creation requires too much manual effort and there are certain redundant fields which can be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use branch majorly for creating deeplinks which can then be sent out to the influencers and YouTubers and all events can be tracked back to these perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Good offer overall in a fierce and competitive industry. Branch offers a good pack to measure and deep link users towards your Mobile Application.

I'm satisfied with the Deep Link and Journeys product as it's easy to set up Web to App banners based on rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some work to improve usability and create better reports to gather insights faster. It's a bit tricky to get familiar with the platform, I would also recommend discovering out-of-the-box insights to speed up analytics efforts.

On the Journeys product, we have a variety of rules and strategies to follow but I would like to have best practices based on industry average performance to speed up the learning process. Web to App strategies are essential and we could leverage case studies produced by the owner of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging the Journeys product to drive Web users to our Mobile Application. We also use their Deep Link solutions, we integrated them into an in-house tool to automate the handling/creation on deeplinks.

What do you like best about the product?
Having moved over from Kochava to Branch 2 years ago, there is a stark difference between how easy and intuitive the Branch UI is for new users. What is most impressive is the level of service the Branch Australian team provides, led by Johanna and Qi. They are easily contactable and genuinely have the business's best interests at the core of their recommendations. They are also proactive in updates, in particular around iOS14.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We've had some minor billing overages however this is on our inability to update the app quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web to App user journeys and deeplinking. The financial benefit of reducing clicks to purchase is immense and soon this will be expected part of all apps.
