Quick and simple
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, very focused on just deeplinks

Loading speed + ux (being able to delete all, select, etc

being able to track with deeplinks efficiently
It's too difficult to use. Although you provided a free trial period, there is no human technical support. When someone starts using something, whether it's free or paid, there must first be guidance to know how to view and set up statistics, and understand whether the ad integration is successful before discussing any form of cooperation.
What do you like best about the product?
What is the most helpful aspect of Branch? What are the benefits of using Branch? It teaches you to overcome difficulties on your own, without help from others, with written assistance, but not point-to-point instructions; there are no advantages.

Probably the cost, but every company needs to make money!

Deeplinking features has helped us gain more customers and also enabled the existing customers to make better use of our platform.

Nothing as such, we are in general happy with branch

We are using branch for deeplinking for some links that we send our users to on Whatsapp and we also use it for marketing attribution
the interface is a little hard to use. it's hard to test whether the attribution is working

.app.link is cool... and the live view is useful.

branch leaves much upto uncertainty on whether an integration is working

attribution stuff for snapchat ads. i want to add invite code autofilling, but had trouble getting it to work with branch immediately, so i didn't give it a second try

What do you like best about the product?
They’ll host your association file, keep it maintained and give you a lovely looking link you can use to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a heck of a lot of stuff to use from branch, and I feel like half of it is supplementary to my needs. I’d like to maybe have the option of adding plugins rather than getting them all off the bat.

We needed a nice way of deep linking with a “pretty” url, this gives us it and much more.

The result does not match well with the data from the media

There are some issues with the short links on tracking the result, some of the links are working while others not

Branch is the best attribution tool, we have used. it is very critical for us to track our installs and users to optimize our paid ad campaigns. It is very easy to integrate and support is instant and awesome

Reporting format can be a bit organized for influencer tracking

We are running ad campaigns on facebook/google and many other small publishers. We use branch to track user journey from install to desired actions.
Branch, the product and the people, are simply fantastic.

Their deep-linking product is super-easy to deploy and their support is very prompt

There's nothing yet that I've disliked about branch.

We're trying to reduce the onboarding time for our users from an external to an in-app environment through branch.
Branch is by the far the easiest deep linking to setup for Android

I like the app download referral feature and how you can show a splash screen when the user accesses your website.

That is costs money now. It was free for so many years so thats sort of a bummber.

I am able to push my website users to the app download option.
