What do you like best about the product?
Reporting layout is easy to follow and drop in metrics are intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Adhoc reporting leaves more to be desired. Prefer option for raw data file

What do you like best about the product?
The integration via SDK so we don't have to make quicklinks for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support channel could be better. Would be a good idea to add a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deeplinking to our app has been huge. We used to send users to our mobile web page but now the app experience is a lot better.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy and effective at driving experimentation to drive mobile web to mobile app acquisition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user experience of the Branch Journeys is sub-standard and requires a significant amount of bug fixing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile app is a key channel for our business, so the ability to convert our mobile web users to the app is critical.

Branch is a great marketing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Branch is very easy to use. There are so many great features, but the top two I use are creating QR codes for tracking and the dashboard for monitoring activity. I view the Quick Links dashboard daily to measure the performance on all of our marketing channels. I then use that information in my monthly KPI deck.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a negative experience with Branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch made us aware that a few of our marketing assets did not perform well for our 2023 program campaign. The data we reviewed from 2023 helped us modify our campaign for 2024. We omitted several assets we had last year and moved forward with a more targeted approach which saved us money.

Quick Support but not concise

What do you like best about the product?
Branch support are super quick at responding to queries and do eventually help solve problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Support answer queries with leading answers, you tend to have more questions or wanting to confirm your theory about their response with them again, They dont tend to give straight forward complete answers. In my experience they have finally answered the question after about 5-6 emails in when they could have gave a complete answer with API queries on maybe the 2nd or 3rd email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch is helping me to get the data i need in regards to usage, revenue and attrition on the use of mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
We're using Branch for marketing analytics and tracking, not product deeplinking. It's easy to get started and I've used Branch across several companies now.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to integrate Branch into our webapp seamlessly and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Branch allows us to track activity on links which helps us understand what's working and what's not, for product and campaigns.

Terrible customer service

What do you like best about the product?
When it works it can be helpful, but we're now comparing it to Appsflyer and features are very similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a glitch in their system which means it is not working for our business. No one responds...2 weeks and waiting :(

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the sdk worked well and it was well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the dashboard because I felt it could've been easier to use but it wasn't the worst.

As far as I know our partner was using it to help with deeplinking in their marketing.
