Branch helps me resolve attribution issues
What do you like best about the product?
Branch has helped us to resolve our tracking issues. Now we have a clear understanding of marketing channels contribution to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unavailability of uninstall data. Branch will be a complete 360° app analytics platform once the uninstall tracking piece are brought into the platform.

Great solution to track downloads for mobile apps
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is really easy to use and the analytics comparisons is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few problems importing .csv files for bulk link creations. That was my only problem with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before branch I did not know where my downloads and app opens came from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Branch should post a few online videos showing how to create bulk links and also give a few use cases on how to segmente the link tags, data, marketing campaign. Since my app is a social media app, I would love to have an example use case with something similar so I could make my integration faster. Maybe a short tutorial with 5-6 use case examples would be best. If this is your first time using branch.io, I would recommend you to make a basic implementation at first, and after you get a grasp of the dashboard you can start creating marketing campaigns and more deep links. If you try to implement it from the beginning you might take some time.
Dynamic link
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about branch is how easy it was to set it up on various platforms. The service is also pretty fast in generating a link and the weekly performance summary email is a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the dynamic link fails and I have to make the call again before it will load the correct link when on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to get people to install our app if they didn't already have it and load something into the app based on what they clicked. Branch was able to provide that much cleanly than Firebase.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create links on the server and push them thought an email, where users open up the email and get pushed to the app with the right and relevant data that they need to use the app for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup on android and iOS can be a little tedious, but that because of the OS developers and not them. So really I don't have any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch helps us make one time only links and allows us to push users directly to our apps which then utilise the unique data they are given due to the branch link.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There isn't much out there that can match with Branch and its feature set.
Branch is very easy to setup and works flawlessly.

The guides for integration could not be easier to follow and everything seemed to work flawlessly for our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty easy to use but it took me some time to figure a few concepts out.

We needed deep linking within out iOS and android apps. We realized using branch took the ordeal from huge amounts of work to a day or two.
Great tool for web-to-app conversion/attribution.
What do you like best about the product?
The out-of the box ease to create and launch a smart banner once the code snippet is implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to edit an already created banner, you have to go through each step every time instead of being able to jump to a the actual piece you are trying to change.

Primary goal is to shift mobile web traffic to our native app which is more robust, user friendly, and more feature-dense.
An easy-to-use tech tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable thing that I perceive in Branch is the ability to create multiple links almost automatically after setting the parameters we need for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found an easy way to personalize the links I create with Branch. The only thing I miss so far is to write something after the / of my links that can make a visual more friendly to the public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the analytics that Branch provides about my links. It's really useful to keep track almost real-time of what is happening with everything my business is sharing online. This helps my team to identify points of attention that we can improve and also things that are giving us good return.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Althought Branch is an easy-to-use tech tool, you need some level of knowledge and preparation to use it in your organization. It's really important that you analyze all your needs and compare them to the benefits that Branch you provide to see if it fits.
Branch SDK integration with mobile app
What do you like best about the product?
Support, Sales team availability, technical documentation and dedicated support
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium features and dashboard access for a trial period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still integrating the app with the SDK but this is the best solution available in the market as of today.

Dashboard dash accessibility, export to third-party systems
Visual Dashboard second to none
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the usability of the dashboard. Bucketing users for specific campaigns is dead simple and the visual preview is super handy. We have seen great success from implementation of branch journey banners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the ui require extra clicks to get where you want to go. We had some difficulties with amp implementation considering the amp-list configuration URL does not return anything UNLESS it is requested from an amp page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking AMP and mweb to the app. We have seen an uptick in AMP to site traffic since implementing branch journey

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, I think Branch's documentation is good. Branch's customer support has always been responsive and helpful when implementing key features and helping me implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Branch had not deprecated their web Smart App Banner. However, we are still able to use it and it did not introduce any breaking changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Branch to surface Smart App Banners to our users and also for deep linking purposes.
