Great for React Native deep link tracking and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The React Native SDK is well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of time and research to figure out which features I needed for my app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch enabled my app to track installation metrics.

Branch Link Greatly Helps Our Ace Tutor App
What do you like best about the product?
We used Branch Link very extensively in our Ace Tutor app, we like it most for the following features:
1. Credible and nice URLs.
Its URLs for our app looks more credible and less spammy to our customers as compared to other shortened URL methods.
2. One URL for multiple platforms.
We don't need to send different URLs for different platforms to our users.
3. The tracking capability.
We rely on its tracking capability to help measure our app conversion channels and effectiveness.

We hope Branch Link can provide the following features:
1. Recursive Branch Links.
Our marketing strategy has a need to track multiple levels of conversion, so we need to set target URL of a lower level Branch Link with its higher level Branch Link, but we find out Branch Link does not support this. Clicking the lower level Branch Links will not register clicks for upper level Branch Links.
2. Support Branch Link in popular platforms such as LinkedIn Messaging and WeChat.
We post many Branch Links in LinkedIn Messaging and WeChat, but these platforms do not redirect and present final URLs to users directly, making Branch Links not very useful in these channels. We hope Branch Link team can partner with these service providers to have their in-app browser support Branch Link functionality.
3. Support Branch Link in App Store and Google Play.
We hope Branch Link can provide better and reliable tracking for App Store and Google Play downloads.

Any app developer or team should definitely give a try on Branch Links.
The best solution for deferred deep linking I could find!
What do you like best about the product?
It was relatively easy to set up and solves most of our use cases around a smooth experience installing an app and immediately opening relevant content on first boot of the app, which I couldn't figure out how to do otherwise as someone who doesn't specialize in mobile development. I also liked that it has a lot of the analytics needed for our KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish deep linking could work by entering a url in the mobile browser; there was some confusion for me on that where I thought it was broken that took a while to figure out with support (though I understand there's technical limitations there).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a React Native mobile app where we want to show the customer specific relevant information as soon as they first open the app. Branch makes this easy!
A great tool for on-boarding new customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage both iOS and Android links that my company can send out to customers. We use both web and mobile libraries and haven't had any issues with them so far! API documentation made it easy to integrate Branch with our stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are going to have to cross a bridge soon with configuring many apps per project for our specific use case of Branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the need for auto-configuration on our app installs so that customers can reduce the steps needed to set up our product and jump right into using it.

Easy dashboard to use, super helpful services
What do you like best about the product?
Creating deeplinks is very easy to do and understand. The dashboard is user friendly and easy to scale campaigns with. I'm also impressed with the quality and knowledge of our account and technical managers from Branch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration can be long and very technical, especially in a large company that already uses lots of different vendors for services--lots of things to integrate with that each require time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deeplinking and app attribution. We've increased app downloads, app engagement, and are on our way to realizing large financial gains from Branch
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability to create in-app insterstitials for offers, etc. and be able to deeplink those. We use the mweb interstitials and banners to deeplink into the app, but would love to see the ability to have similar promotional or account-related insterstitials within the appand then be able to deeplink those.

What do you like best about the product?
The main feature we use branch for is deep links. So far it's been working really well. We use in both our Android and iOS apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of the integration were a bit tricky. We had to figure out how to wrap branch links inside of sendgrid links. This involved getting Branch and Sendgrid to cooperate and delayed release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have users on multiple platforms. In some cases we need to move our customers from web to mobile. Branch allows us to do that quite seamlessly. We also use branch for some mobile attribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple platforms (web, ios, android) it makes a lot of sense to use deep links.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time support is not so fast as it was before. Currently we have to wait for reply for about 24 hours. It's acceptable, but not so great as it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using branch for about 3 years in different apps for building referral network in two our apps, and it's great that it's very easy to do this — it's almost "out of the box" feature.

We highly recommend using branch because it's great product and I can't say that they have any competitors with these features in free tier.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with the Branch team for over a year. We initially set up Branch for referrals and then decided to switch to them for full attribution from Appsflyer. Primarily because Branch can provide better cross-platform web and app attribution and their customer support is far superior. We current have bi-weekly calls with the Branch team and we would never get that with AppsFlyer. The Branch team and our technical account manager especially have been really helpful from the very beginning with the entire implementation and all the questions we are having on almost a daily basis. They can also do a lot more beyond attribution with AppsFlyer can't. Very much recommended working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still early days with the attribution product but it is getting better each week and we get to provide a lot of feedback on features and suggestions with our AM

Mobile attribution especially tracking people from ad > web > app > purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating deep links for our campaigns to keep a closer eye on where we need to direct our focus and optimize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike right now. I am not using all of the features Branch has to offer, but I am finding value in the ones that I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Branch to help with mobile install attribution and get an accurate depiction of how our ads are performing across multiple channels.
I highly recommend everyone to use Branch.
