Good experience, some content outdated
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of courses, the vocation of teachers and the kind of projects they teach
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content is difficult to follow if the dependencies are updated, I think I just did well with the differences, but it's tricky to find relevant information to the lesson
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming into the "Cloud Fever" and trying to get knowledge from fantastic instructors; the main benefit is the practice of fundamentals

I liked the detailed explanation and I could find content on specific technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any yet. I will report if I get any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To learn new Cloud technologies and do the labs to have better grasp of it.
Cloud Academy Learning for the Novice
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ever growing content they have available. Lots of new courses and labs are being populated every week. I especially like the ones on Python. The security courses are also very good as well, getting to do learn some basic things such as SQL injection was interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Azure courses seem thrown together. They start and stop at weird places. I'm also a hands on learner. I would like to see more labs. Also the labs overall are very good, except there have been occasions where was not able to finish a lab because I did not have proper permissons with the azure account i was working in. it seemed to be an issue with the account and I was not able to resolve it before the Lab timed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to learn about AWS and Azure over the past year and have received two certifications because of Cloud Academy.
I sat through vendor trainin for both Azure and AWS and came out of both course feeling completely unprepared for the certification exams. after using cloud academy and using the practice test i felt confident that I would get through both tests without any issue. I highly reccomend taking the skills prep courses for any certification. The they proved courses specifically target on the areas where amazon and Micro Soft focus for their exams, whereas in the MS courses they left out whole sections of information that you're tested on. In closing if it were not for Cloud Academt I do not believe I would have been able to pass either certification exam.

Labs - great way to practice knowledge from the courses. Customer service is great.

Nothing really!sometimes labs have some mistakes

I am learning aws cloud - especially fpr cloud developer exam.
Great content in easy to understand formats
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy did a very good job presenting content in a fun, meaningful and easy to understand way using a combination of videos + labs. The videos were really good and easy to follow. It was the right speed and amount of content to understand before either getting boring. I didn't lose interest in the video and was able to keep a good pace. The labs were also well put together and helped me familiarize myself with the syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lab setup wasn't to bad but seems like it should be easier. I felt like half of the lab was how to connect to the lab again. It seems like this should be easier/faster but it wasn't bad really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned a lot about kubernetes yaml files which was something I avoided for a long time since it wasn' that exciting. Cloud Academy has helped me to find issues in customers yaml and to understand what values in the file might be used for/when. Since then I was able to ask better questions and debug containers in k8s faster.
Great learning platform to ramp up on cloud computing skills

Sometime the course videos is slow to load and buffers.

Building my expertise in GCP. Very supportive content to build expertise.

Excellent course format in web platform and mobile! Very useful hands on labs! Help you focused on get the best of cloud providers!

Needs to improve on Mobile app, videos do no play some times!

I like everything!! Theres really nothing that stands out.

No problems mostly benefits like the easy to understand material and roadmap structure for success.

Preparation for AWS exams: the lectures which tell you what to focus on are helpful

Sometimes too verbose, too much content for a cram period and no way to reduce the quantity

on my subscription related for real use case problems cloud academy only offer one detailed solution but in real life some problems has more than one solution and that could be consider as an improvement
