What do you like best about the product?
Best for preparing for exams , helps us in understanding the concepts theoritically and practically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some lectures are too long which can be cut short to smaller one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need some knowledge to push some of the apps to cloud.

High Quality Training
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy is the most professionally done training site I have ever used. The content is updated regularly. Course progress is tracked and can be stopped on one device and seamlessly restarted on another. Finally, the variety of subject matter is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more interactive work between videos. I find that if I watch too many videos without some sort of activity, my ability to focus decreases significantly (especially if I spend more than an hour or so on the site.) I am a hands-on learner so I frequently pause during videos and duplicate what I am being shown. This is effective, but it is inefficient and it increases the amount of time it takes to complete any given course significantly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning to do my job better, and making myself more marketable for my eventual move to another position. I am a long time IT professional who cut his teeth in the days of bare-metal servers - time to get expertise with the Cloud!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an online training solution that is professionally done and updates regularly, try out Cloud Academy. I have used many online training platforms and Cloud Academy is among the best I've ever used. You might find training that is less expensive, but you will be hard pressed to find training that is a better value than Cloud Academy.
Condensed knowledge with labs
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are short, to the point and provide content that is immediately useful. The user has option to investigate more through optional material and there are labs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a good idea to make labs a little harder and have at least some part that extends what is covered in lectures. Currently they are a subset of the lecture content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had worked in AWS before and I wanted to see its similarities with other platforms and try to understand the design philosophy behind the interfaces that are offered by the cloud providers. Thanks to this, I am more aware of the "why" aspect of many of the things I do.

Benefit is it is crisp and clear
Great content still a steep price for students

The content itself is great with the labs and quizzes. Also providers are actual vendors of the product in some cases which is great.LIke courses for ansible are endorsed by ansible itself, which I would prefer.

The price, as a student I would like a cheaper monthly subscription option for students than an annual option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly devops skills. I like the integration of labs and knowledge check quizzes which make the courses and learning paths more intuitive and interactive

It is easy to navigate back to your learning path and continue where you left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if the transcript of the classes were available with the links that were in their presentations. They weren't for the classes I took. That may just depend on the course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a great way to have a lecture format and watch someone go through the steps in Azure rather than reading about it. Seeing where things are on the screen and hearing about each task is good in conjunction with exploring on your own.

What do you like best about the product?
The course content, structuring, content quality and the interactive lab session. The instructor Stuart Scott is by far the best online i have ever come across. The variety of course content and quality of content. Ease of access. Prompt technical support and highly trained and skilled staff. Trainers from various backgrounds and skill sets. Great amalgamation of various types of courses into a single learning path.
What do you dislike about the product?
The labs which require a environment setup time should be given more time and the time to setup the environment should be excluded from the attempt duration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning cloud computing from basics till advanced proficiency.

Cloudacademy has a vast variety of course content ranging from various cloud vendors to programming languages, devops, ITIL and many more in pipeline. Also, the cloudacademy blog and roster is highly beneficial to a beginner in any domain.
IT Architect Prepping for AWS Solution Architect Exam
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the baseline exam and the ongoing assessments. I found the course work interesting, the labs worth while, and the quizzes as the real challenge for the topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to better understand how the scoring works. Towards the end I would do a quiz and only gain 2 points on the topic with a decent score (13/15 as an example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been very useful to cover large swaths of AWS that don't align to my day to day use cases. I've found the hands on (lab) material to be very valuable. Being able to do a things is more important to me than memorizing "trivia".
