Excellent training tool something else
What do you like best about the product?
Instruction is well-paced and well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some instructors are better than others – but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Cloud Academy to get up-to-speed for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam and passed it on the first try, so the results seem to speak for themselves.
I'm now using it to study for the AWS Certified Developer Associate exam.

Like anything else, try it out and see if it fits your needs. If it does, wonderful – if it doesn't, stop using it. Pretty simple.

The way in which the content is designed and the ease at which lectures are delivered is truly remarkable. The course is designed to help you clear the certification path.

I have been studying with Cloud Academy for 6 months in pursuit of training for the Google Cloud Architect certification. I like the ease of access and the possibility of reviewing a video or quiz multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main complaints is that the questions are very objective, as in the exam all the questions are subjective and related to a specific case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started my studies at Cloud Academy, I knew nothing about IT. And today I can already talk about it and, most importantly, understand customer problems.

The cloud academy is an excellent platform for acquiring and refining knowledge about the main global private clouds.

The instrustors talk quickly so reduce audio speed to .75

What do you like best about the product?
I like the course divided into various domains that match up to the AWS 5 pillars of Well-Architected framework. Labs are useful and provide a good introduction to less used services in real projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quizzes that test for professional level when you are training for associate certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in building Cloud Center of Excellence within our organization and helping us migrate over to cloud by providing the team with necessary knowledge on AWS.
Great concept, nice site, sometimes average execution
What do you like best about the product?
The content is great - very helpful, concise/verbose as needed. Insightful items that help you read between the lines of vendor documentation for what's important.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few courses/modules are hosted/taught in a very off-the-cuff fashion. While this is the exception, it would be nice to hear instructors who seem more confident/concise in the language they're using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formalizing my previously informally cobbled-together hands-on knowledge of the platforms has allowed me to study for the vendor certification exams and uncover new capabilities within my clients' previously-existing cloud subscriptions (particularly in the Intelligent Automation space).

There should be some system like chat-bot which can resolve end user query very quickly.

There is no as such problem I have solved, However I did all the lab with hands on which mentioned on the course as well as I have deployed one of test application hosted through AWS

Incredible value for your dollar. Cloud Academy has tremendously improved my technical skillset and increased my learning curve. I now feel more confident in my role as a Senior SecOps Manager for GDIT

I have yet to come across something I did not like! Kudos to your team!

Gaps in my technical skillset. Confidence in my role as a SecOps Senior Manager for my cloud migration role at GDIT for CMS.
