A good experience using Cloud Providers
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to access information about many topics and the laboratories on AWS / Azure. The platform allows us to create customized learning paths, according to the needs of the organization and team capabilities. The contents are constantly updated so that's another benefit of the platform.
Another feature that I like is the option to (de)activate users, it allow us to manage the number of licenses according to the needs of the organization. We are promoting a new learning culture in the company, this flexibility allows us to manage the access, use the content as prizes for people willing to learn and use deadlines.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the content has a sysops point of view. It would be great if there is more content for a developer profile. Sometimes the time restriction of the labs is too short, it depends of the level of the course but sometimes I have the feeling that I'm running against the clock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an experimental environment on top of the most popular cloud providers. Moreover I have a chance to interact directly with the technology using the handons labs without the need to use my own account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform, it has a lot of videos, additional resources, learning paths. It also allows administrators to create customized learning paths according to the needs of the organizations and teams capabilities. The hands on labs are a great feature that allows to experiment with the technology or services.

Need some more in depth chapters without getting boring, provide more immersive experience

AWS-VPC course which leads by Stuart, it was great and instructive.

so far, I find good experience through safari several different courses, I would investigate more if I find something can be improved later on.

some real on hands experience when I log in to different hyperscaler and do the operation work & practice. it is really helpful for me to learn from scratch.
Excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love to have access to real AWS labs. Not just videos or copy-paste content, but real experience inside real platforms. We are AWS users, but I´ve found content from another cloud vendors too.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found any complain. I´m Cloud Academy user since 6 months ago

Development teams with low experience managing cloud environments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are cheaper options in the market. However, there is no other platform as complete as Cloud Academy.

I want to become an expert in Azure. With this type of lesson on the web I can take my time. Do it from home. Go at my own speed. Spend more time on details.....

The best training content for Cloud Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy helped me to develop my cloud skills on AWS and Azure platforms. The content is excellent, the interface is easy to use, the training paths guides you. Having access to the cloud platform within the Cloud Academy subscription makes even easier for students to put the hands on practice. Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I didn't find anything I dislike. The pricing is fair considering the quality of content available. However, for Brazilian standards, thinking about developers looking for training, it is a little expensive. Providing content in Portuguese will attract a larger audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep up to date with cloud platforms is not a easy task. Having the ability to study anywhere/anytime, with in depth content, and guidance, this solves the most challenging problem for busy professionals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Given the large content available and all with good quality, sometimes is hard to keep focus on what you need. My suggestion is to use the training paths to guide you through the content.

Hands on labs on AWS cloud concepts and easy explanation by graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot finish some labs in given time if we were stuck somewhere in middle. In that case we need to start from beginning. Extension of time can be given or a periodic alerts on time can be given when 15/10/5 mins left.

Getting an overview of cloud computing and devops, both from technical and business points of view
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are very broad, they show very diverse content with respect to cloud computing, both for business and technical. Also, some things that are not necessarily related to cloud computing but very important concepts are approached.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the quizzes can be tedious, they focus on very small details, sometimes there are some interpretation tricks on the questions that end up assessing if you payed attention to it instead of getting the topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are getting a very good notion on cloud computing, benefits and technical knowledge. We are now able to use cloud services in a wiser way as well as understand how our technology fits in the cloud world.

The Hands-on labs are very good and effective. It teaches you all the process step by step which is very effective for learning purpose.

There is nothing much to dislike. It meets most of my expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the console for labs is brilliant and keeps costs down. Having different lecturers for different subjects means you don't get bored with the same voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to switch between modules and one or two of the modules need to be updated as the console interface has changed since they were created.

I intend to use my newly gained skills to change my career direction and to become certified.
