Backup service made easy for my company
What do you like best about the product?
Remember those old backup systems where you'd cross your fingers and hope everything worked? Yeah, Druva's the opposite of that. It just works. Everything's automated, and I can restore anything I need in minutes – a single email, a whole folder, even an entire Shared Drive. It's like magic, but the reliable kind.
One of the biggest time-savers has been Druva's support for SCIM. Automated provisioning and deprovisioning of users has streamlined our user management significantly. No more manually updating accounts – Druva takes care of it all, and I can focus on more important things

What do you dislike about the product?
More GUI functions would be nice, but everything I requested has been available via API. So far no dislikes about Druva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Druva, we had to manually backup our Gsuite users with vault via Google App Scripting. It was manual, and needed someone to always maintain if the backups were successful, which many did not due to total allowable execution time for one day. With Druva, it eliminated and automated our Google Workspace backups. Integration was easy to set up and the engineering team helped us troubleshoot our issues within the day of the ticket. Druva also checked our box for compliancy and legal obgligations with legal holds, data retention, and query searches within Gmail and Drive.

DRUVA is there in when you need it!
What do you like best about the product?
Mistakes happen, accidents happen, and when your data is critical you need the best backup. I trust DRUVA to be there when I need it. I can log in and restore data in a flash making my job easier. Setting up a new endpoint is easy, and there is nothing my end user needs to do, it could not be easier to set up. I log into the console at least once a week, and find it easy to use. The features I need are reliable and I enjoy using them. When I need support I can reach out and get a response quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides to using DRUVA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need access to design and program data that is critical to our company. I have users is various locations and being able to access the data in a central place is very helpful.
Druva offers excellent technical support.

Druva offers excellent technical support. They have consistently been useful in promptly resolving our backup or restore problems. The general solution is excellent.

i don't have dislike anything about Druva offers excellent technical support.

The problem is backing up multiple workloads and multiple sites and cloud apps. Druva solves it easily.

We have been using Druva for over a year now, and I am impressed with its performance and features. The user interface is clean, and navigating through the various options feels effortless. Another highlight is the speed and efficiency of both backup and recovery processes. Easy to implement - and seamless integration with M365/Entra ID/Exchange/Teams…
Druva customer support is simply exceptional.
Overall, I highly recommend Druva to anyone looking for a secure, reliable, and user-friendly cloud backup service.

Druva is an excellent backup saas solution that is easy to use and offers a wide range of backup options.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, Druva has been excellent, and I have no complaints we had some configurations issues but they were self inflicted and support were great in helping us with over come them.

It's super easy to use, like you don't have to be a scientist or anything. Even my non-tech collegues can use it and set it up

That showed us why we needed something strong to help us save our stuff.

Good Data Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps backups organized well, issues are rare. Support has been helpful when needed. New anti-ransomware features look very helpful, though hopefully never needed!

Nothing I don't really like about it, does what we need

Gives us point in time recovery of web files from our AWS FSx volumes

What do you like best about the product?
It just works, it does exactly what they say it will do, and its been batting 100% in all the interactions I have had with it so far over the last year, what more could I ask for?
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit sluggish sometimes but this is a super minor gripe as the app is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva provides an interface that allows easy access to all our emails, teams, and sharepoint data, backed up incrementally and securely stored in the cloud.
Data Backups Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup on the backend. We were able to use this in conjunction with Work Space One to push out the agent to users laptops and configure the profiles to backup exactly what they needed with ease. It's very easy for end users to grab what they need from the backup and if a laptop fails, we have easily been able to rebuild on another machine. No complaints from end users about missing data or the time it takes to restore which is critical in the backup space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found too much that we dislike. Would liketo see an integration with Slack or Teams that allows end users to seamlessy restart their backup if it failed or paused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its backing up user laptop data which before we implemented Druva, was a huge sore point in the org.
