Great Data Security with Unbeatable Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Druva Data Security Cloud is how effortlessly it protects our data. The interface is super user-friendly, making data management easy. The automated backup & recovery features give me peace of mind knowing our data is always safe. Absolutely fantastic support.They're always quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a perfect fit for our needs, and the customer support makes everything run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of Druva Data Security Cloud is the peace of mind it provides, knowing that our users' data is securely backed up and easily retrievable at any time.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The wealth of features and number of applications that can be backed up and restored. User interface is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many that I can think of, the only thing that comes tomind is logins fail occassionaly

Comlpete back ups and easy restores
Ease of use makes it a perfect fit for our business

As a smaller IT department, we use this product as it was easy to deploy and maintain.

My team have hand no major issues with the Druva product.

We have always needed a backup solutions, but as we moved to O365 we looked to a backup solutions we could use in this instance.

What do you like best about the product?
I'd say the thing I like best about Druva is the capability for our users to be able to back up and restore on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A....Nothing immediately comes to mind when I think about a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps combat and ensure that all our user's data can be backed up and safely restored if anything were to happen.
Druva is efficient, reliable and easy to use to enterprise backup system.
What do you like best about the product?
Durva's backup solutions integrated with our systems seemlessly. Their onboarding team was very helpful in setting up the system. Backups are easy to restore and contains plenty of restore options. The system is easy to maintain and use by IT support staff and doesn't take a lot of effort to keep it running. When the rare issue does occur, Durva's support staff has been very responsive and easy to get on the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I or my support team have no signifcant issues with the Druva product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the support team a single dashboard to manage our backups accross our enterprise. I like the security that Druva's backup technology provides and the reporting / monitoring that Durva offers.

What do you like best about the product?
Our previous challenges revolved around intricate configuration, management complexities but with with Druva the whole process was simplified. Their support is great and very responsive. Druva has completely streamlined our process and ensures cost predictably.

Nothing so far. It works for all our use cases

I had a positive experience using Druva, finding it efficient and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Druva is very easy to use, and their support team is always very responsive. So far, there have been no issues with using the product; everything works as it should.

"The only thing is that they should extend the amount of time we can keep users in the preserve group.

Druva is ensuring that all our data is backed up, just in case we encounter any issues with our account in Office 365

The credit based system can be cumbersome to keep up with.

Experience has been good for our company, backups and restore has been good.

Some issues with data compaction in microsoft exchange

Backing up folder structures in Exchange, as well as restoring snapshots to users machines.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a couple of support tickets that didn't reach a resolution by the Druva team and was resolved my in house technicians testing. Could have been new support agents in Druva
Druva has now re-worded the 'unlimited storage' feature since it actually is not unlimited for current customers with the unlimited storage as part of the agreement. Just keep in mind that since it actually is not unlimited, you need to stay in a certain threshold of storage utilization to be in good standing with Druva and receive more licenses.
They do not tell this to you until you run over the threshold.
Keep in mind the terms of your agreements..

This product acts as a backup and data recovery solution for our company that is providing ease of use for end users as well as administrators for keeping in compliance of data retention policies and performing data recovery.
