Uniquely gamified!

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical offers a deep level of customization to build gamified user experiences. In addition, the prebuild content is beneficial for new admin and to get started quickly without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a cloud-based platform, it still has some old tech on the admin side, sometimes nagging. Hopefully, those will be removed or replaced with the latest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it's solving the biggest problem of attrition impacted by a critical controllable factor - employee experience & engagement. Further, its benefiting us by addressing challenges during new hire onboarding - fallout rate & training throughput rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Game, very easy to use, beautiful, pretty Ui, fast.

Slow, some time very lag, error, need to use vpn.

What do you like best about the product?
We've found it an incredibly useful way to engage the team while ensuring they are completing adhoc side tasks to promote regular knowledge updates through the mission feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial engagement was very high but we did then see a drop off in some agents. An inbuilt feature to ensure regular and sustained adherence would be fantastic instead of the main source coming from us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining a stat viewing system with an incentive scheme all in one place. Allows both management and agents visibility of performance and their progress towards a bonus.

Gamification to ensure learning and competence

What do you like best about the product?
Agents get an overview of their performance and can take micro learnings to ensure that competence is up to date. With these two elements, agents can evolve and understand how their work impacts the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The focus on performance is too available. For our company it would be better to focus more on learning in firsthand, and performance could be a choice instead. We also miss the opportunity to give learning to specific users. By keeping them in campaigns, the admin part gets very overflooded with campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing their performance in real time and viewing their performance at all has never been available for our agents before we go Centrical. Microlearnings is also a new way of getting information out.

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical has helped our company increase engagement in a work-from-home environment. It's keeping our colleagues connected through featured content, encouraged through the use of Kudos, and updated on company communication. We're tapping into the performance aspects of Centrical to help our colleagues grow and develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has been challenging. Looking at reports in the system does show our time zone; however, when reports are downloaded, they come out as UTC. The time zone differences have caused some issues, one being budget impacting to our processes, but it has since been worked out. It would have been nice to fully understand the time zone differences in the reporting from the beginning. There have also been some additional reporting issues, and we are still waiting for fixes after multiple months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical is helping keep our colleagues engaged, encouraged, recognized, and streamline company communication in a work-from-home environment. Engagement has increased slowly over time and we're excited for what the next chapter brings as we continue to implement additional Centrical features.

What do you like best about the product?
How centrical continues to improve month over month not only the end users' experience but also the admins' one. Also, how they provide solutions to our requests since that makes our job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could personalize some features but I understand that the Centrical team works hard to find the best fit for everyone and I really appreciate that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us to keep agents motivated and engaged with the program they belong to. Also, we have been working on adapting our supervisors day to day methodology to the platform to make it an even more visual and supportive experience.
