What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly nature of Centrical, as it is easy to brief new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when Centrical does not allow me to add a mission due to technical glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to email keeping a number of people in CC. Instead I can just add a mission, select a campaign and that's it.

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical does a brilliant job of breaking learning into bite-sized pieces and adding some excitement to what can typically be dull subjects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn with centrical and it can be daunting, Power Up is a great tool to help in understanding the platforms functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical enables us to be agile and quick moving in creating awareness when gaps are indetified.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very good for increasing and tracking call centers or in-project development and increasing motivation with the reward system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish companies weren't allowed to use it without the reward system. Because your brand is going bad.

We used it to track, develop and motivate agents

The fact that we have fast and professional support and that users are rewarded for learning.

that accounts are blocked after a period of inactivity

Great tool to build engagement

What do you like best about the product?
II like the ease and ability being able to build quick missions for learning. Helps build engagement for the learners. You can build quick informational microburst training sessions or quizzes to reinforce what was learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simulations are not my favorite. They function more like a "Choose your own adventure" book vs an actual simulation. I would love for the sims to have an actual hotspot navigational structure, but I can import a Storyline SCORM file which will work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to build missions focused around regulatory issues that associates can miss and reinforce the correct processes and procedures. We have been able to build call flows that will help guide the learner through the correct process. Quizzes have been built to ensure the associate has learned the material. Pre and post quizzes have been built to check knowledge before and after a training session has been done to measure learning.

Tener posibilidad de tener una tienda virtual, y generar monedas gracias al cumplimiento de diversos KPI's. Esto genera mucho compromiso con los asociados.
What do you dislike about the product?
Que los KPI's no se puedan actualizar en tiempo real, para poder dar un seguimiento minuto a minuto de los resultados.

Ahora nuestros asociados tienen una herramienta oficial donde puedan dar seguimiento de sus resultados, esto permite clarificar objetivos y poner metas a corto mediano y largo plazo.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to seamlessly navigate the system is great. It also incorporates games for learning as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complains at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical keeps me up to date on all relevant subjects regarding my job role. It is also a place I can visit if I need a refresher with certain materials.

Just learning the platform but it's going great so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the "now you try" activitites, which forces me to be hands-on and actually learn in a way that works for me. It's far better than our last platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no scrolling on my PowerUp missions so I have to make everything smaller to see things at the bottom. Adding a scroll option or enabling pg down/pg up would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still in the learning phase...we have not yet begun using Centrical daily on our campaigns but plan to be very soon and I'm sure I'll have much to share about how our company and teams are benefiting.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple is it to use the platform and also very user-friendly. It is very entertaining, I'm excited to see how it will be in my following learnings, but I'm already happy to see it!
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot it PDFs to download and read, it will be more beneficial to have them as part of the experience and not something we have to download and read it somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the most beneficial thing that Centrical is helping with is the fact that it is converting "boring tasks" into amusing and doable games. It's exciting to enter each day to see what you will do.
