What do you like best about the product?
Kudos, being able to show appreciation every week is a great asset. I also really enjoy how versatile it is to make custom engagement activities. The Admin tool is very intuitive, making it easy to build content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really is a pain point for us or me specifically. It would be nice if there were more games available. Right now, there are three games (katana fruit, pinball, and blocks), along with making custom puzzles from images we upload. It would be cool if there were more options like mine sweeper, snake, and even card games like soliltaire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a great relationship with our Centrical contacts! They are easy to reach out to regarding feedback and ideas we have for improving Centrical. It has been a fantastic journey being able to get things like alternate emails set up to do gift cards in the store for our colleagues. They have also helped us set up custom reporting as needed.

We moved to a remote environment during covid and are used to a lot of engagement/culture within centers. Centrical helps us connect.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Centrical offers a lot of pre-built games, missions, and challenges. This helps keep our reps engaged while limiting the creative brainpower we must use to gamify our learning program and sales incentives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Centrical reporting can be challenging. The analytics section of the platform takes a while to update and also lags when building and pulling reports. Additionally, messaging functionality is limited. For example, it is difficult to send a message out to all users. The site will get overwhelmed and crash without the message being sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical helps solve the following business problems for us: employee engagement, tracking of training courses and other learning content, calculation of commissions and other sales incentives, and the opportunity to compare performance across different metrics for the individuals, teams, and business.

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical allows you to create microlearning, we can provide very important information to the users and they will be able to retain everything because of the different formats we can use like slides, simulations, or even SCORM files. We can also provide visibility to the user of their current KPIs Results so they can focus on improving in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of challenges with reporting, but it's been getting better, it's really helpful that at least for frequent reporting, we can have a simpler report =)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are helping us with the appearance of the admin platform, it has been improving a lot, it's awesome that we don't have to use the VPN if we want to use admin, they changed the badge's visibility and added badges for the leaders to assigned them, they added the date filter to the Virtual store, they are also working on the feedback that we provide to keep improving =)

What do you like best about the product?
Our agents love the gamification aspect of Centrical. It keeps them up to date with their metrics and quickly rewards them for their performance. The staff is incredible Sierra, Melissa, Hussain, & Derek have been our key contacts and they are all fun & knowledgeable about the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the analytics more intuitive and easier to use. I find when narrowing down to the data needed, it can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical is helping solve the logistics of how to keep our agents informed of their daily progress and rewards them all in the same space.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent gamification elements, easy to use interface, good motivational elements for sales community and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to navigate as someone new to the solution - it makes onboarding into a company easier, but the initial onboarding experience into Centrical could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus of sales community - it is very difficult to align the sales community around a specific set of products and services, and centrical makes this much easier to track and understand peoples understanding of our customer service offerings.
