What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept of the platform, its support team and the possibilities it offers to the company!
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating simulations or quizzes/sessions, we have personalization limitations. I want to be able to personalize more screens in the sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical is helping us to instruct our team to enhance their coaching skills since we have a very strong coaching culture. We need to keep that improving.

What do you like best about the product?
There are no gamification mechanics or dynamics left behind with everything that Centrical offers for my users. Centrical offers me creative solutions that address different types of operational phases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things I think Centrical can improve.

* The graphic interface: making it more visual, catchy and attractive at a glance.

* Analytics; making it more flexible and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to increase engagement with the company through effective communication (closing knowledge gaps and doubts); it is helpful to keep employees motivated and to create a self-development culture.

The reports should be more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
A friendly way to have many functions in one: socializing with colleagues, training, and much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, everything looks good. On the contrary, the administrative part maybe could be more intuitive. But nothing is perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical allows keeping the knowledge of my company in one place which is visually friendly and engaging. At the same time, allows me to interact with different departments in a friendly environment.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me see performance statistics, congratulate the top performance and provide feedback to employees who need to work a bit harder. Compared to others, Centrical is the best in the game animations, emoticons, and badges achieved. The virtual store is also very friendly when it comes to customizing the items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of giving kudos to our employees is fantastic. But the downside of it is that I can only give 1 kudos at the time. It will be great to be able to provide Kudos for selecting multiple agents all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team motivated. Centrical offers the ability to talk about work in a very fun environment. It keeps track of critical numbers and is very easy to see the expected improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Employees can easily view their own and team's KPI performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The tool is not only limited to checking performance but also ensuring they get to enjoy playing games and getting refreshers.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. All good. Just need to fixpoint system for multiple KPIs that we are currently facing. But good thing Asya is helping us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low performance and motivation. Employees can just easily check their performance unlike before when they need to wait for XX number of hours or days before they can view it or share it with their supervisor
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good tool to maximize esp for a big crowd of employees/company. User friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this is user friendly and is driving motivation towards the team, which affected our team performance as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pointing system - we cannot unassign a user when switched to another KPI campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Motivation through gamification, users are now engaged looking at their individual performance and team performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very user friendly and can motivate and drive your team's outliers.

What do you like best about the product?
Centrical's Gamification platform is easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to flex based on your current needs. Above all else, they have exceptional support channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We benefit from Centrical so much that I cannot think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning, engaging and recognizing. Centrical provides tools to deploy training material, badges, a kudos system, a leaderboard and a robust store system. These all bring the people together.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that one can customize almost everything in the platform. There are so many options. User-friendly interface makes creating content a joy. Also analytics part provides wide range of filtering options which makes focusing on the results easier than ever. Also the reports provided in the analytics are easy to understand, easy to download and process with variety of charts included.
What do you dislike about the product?
While collecting report from analytics, filtering or changing the filter process is slower than a browser (between 5 to 10 seconds). Also I would want to use putting more character option while creating content. Character limit in titles decreases options to be more creative. Other than that, everything has been so useful and helpful since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers so many options regarding KPIs and other topics we would like to focus on. The main goal to use Centrical is to increase the people engagement and create user experience. Users are happier to see a platform created basically only for them and they value that. Prize-focused tasks increase the motivation and loyalty towards the company. Using the platform interactively with users creates a bound of contribution which effects the overall performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly interface, very easy to use. The platform itself is intuitive, and there are a lot of videos of self-help. The Analytics section is great in terms of an overview of performance and the insights from the managers are really of great help. The Customer Support Team is amazing and nice to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the data is aggregated in terms of KPI can be tricky for small operations that need to compile several pieces of information

Overview of the performance results & being able to make sure the team is engaged and updated in terms of knowledge

Make sure you take time to learn the product, otherwise it will be a lost of resources and potential
