Very easy to use for the administrators

Microsoft uses Centrical for a Gamified Full Performance Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Centrical combines so many of our daily functions into one tool - one place our employees go to learn, communicate, and stay up-to-date on priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here the tool continues to evolve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Centrical to solve for engagement, morale, and gaining confidence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Set up an experiment to test Centrical with a small set of your learners/employees.
A journey well worth taking
What do you like best about the product?
There is not a single step, from the very first setup to the day-to-day business, you have to take along. Our points of contact were always by our side and had many clever insights on how to make the most of the platform. They proactively suggest features and solutions and make sure it's always "all-hands-on" when working with us. Whenever we encounter an issue or error, our guys are ready and eager to help. Nadav, Or and Yonatan are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Content creation can be somewhat time-consuming, so plan ahead! (But: The time put into it is worth it at the end!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centrical allowed our agents to engage with their personal KPIs in a fun and entertaining way, without having to scroll through "boring" spreadsheets

Fantastic Tool to Motivate Staff
What do you like best about the product?
Great system to help staff own their own performance and get rewarded for this. Great to be able to update all performance in one place and help keep in contact with staff while working remotely. Really excellent at promoting training and support and being able to recommend courses for development
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I don't like about it. The self learning really helps you learn and own your own content and not be relying on externals. you can learn at your own pace too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Centrical to improve our productivity and getting more from our staff. Also with the wellness campaign it helps me ensure my staff are happy and interacting and getting rewarded for their work. Also helps our staff to own their own performance and development

This is a plataform that allows to provide a better engagement for associates by giving them a userfriendly tool to use on a day to day basis.

There is not much to share. I beliebe that there are some UX improvements that can be made, but they are not critical for using the system.
The integration is working well, but I would be happy to see a bit more insights from the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit for us using this platfrom is building a full transparency with associates in regards of their KPIs. And for Team leaders to have an immediate actions.

Simplicité d'utilisation pour les utilisateurs, très ludique. Diffusion de contenus rapide et simple. Facilite le management à distance et la cohésion d'équipe .

Les analytiques sont souvent ralentis, la plateforme administrateur est uniquement en anglais, la prise en main est un peu complexe au début ......................

Simplification du management à distance, suivi des statistiques en temps réel ( 15 min de décalage ) pour les managers et les collaborateurs. Amélioration de communication.

You can design the platform as you like : kpis, users, trainings, challenges... Simulation module is top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics tool gives a good overview of the platform's usage, however, limited numbers of licenses and profiles are limited to built reports.

Simplification of process for sharing individual performance, keeping link with home-office agents, boost agent's motivation

Advice to success for using Centrical : having a part-time dedicated project manager. This investment will help to manage with a fast & efficient way the project.

settings is a bit complex at first and updates are sometimes messing with rules in place, good that the team is responsive when issues are happening
