What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use ui. I like the point and reward system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load. The point system can be confusing if not explained properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool to cross training of different tools, learning new tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety. Ability for anyone to be able to complete a test or complete a TTECU course no matter what their situation is, this program does not discriminate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to not retake tests in order to be eligible to acheive a better score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I see is the fact that Centrical doesn't seem impossible to complete tasks, program, and quizzes that everyone will be asked to complete. Everything is only for the employees benefit.

Great in some ways

What do you like best about the product?
Certain admin elements were very easy to learn, and it's relatively fast; the support from GE is top-notch
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin perspective, t's not intuitive in many ways.

For example, when you go to create a new session, it has you input a title and description twice - why?
I can never figure out which of the two will show up. Furthermore, it's very unclear when you navigate from a page you've been working on what will autosave and what will auto delete - i.e. if you upload media, it deletes the text or link to media under the other tabs- toggling between them loses what you wrote. The UI looks very juvenile for adults.

I would like the option of inputting more than 250 characters in a message to send as a notification - the goal of GE is to push more info through GE and less through email, and limiting the characters on a notification hit works against the goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We push various info hits to the org, i.e. "free flu shots next week" and also quick "about me" features from employees. We've also been doing reminders to finish trainings, announcements of upcoming initiatives and events, announcements of changes in tools, processes, and teams, etc. We have a "fun stuff" campaign where we announce things like today in history, international day of x (i.e. world mental health day), holidays, etc. Another campaign we do is expert tips from team leaders, managers, Subject Matter Experts, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make multiple simple skins for the UI and allow organizations to opt into how they want it to look - i.e. just simple branding from the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
This software has a very nice interface and it shows all the possibilities very quickly. The customer support is very intuitive which has helped us to learn thing more quickly like how we can customize our games to work more efficiently. This software runs very smoothly on my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes very difficult to maintain between multiple admins when you need them for different-different purposes. Also they should add more gamification features in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Gameffective in my company for improvising the way of making games and they have always motivated us. Their motivation has really improved the efficiency of our company but as this wasn't having much features, I recently stopped using this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good software for managing the sales and also to keep your employees motivated, so it is recommended by my side.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to driver the employees and encourage their activities & behaviours that gives results down the line. Triggers the employees performance based on real time performance date.

Nothing like that, it moreover sustain employee motivation with challenging environment.

Regarding daily learning, Gameffective gives notifications and invites the users to take up learning challenges.

Gameffective involves micro learning by which the user can have a strong knowledge retention. This keeps the user to have a high degree of engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fun and motivates my sales team. I like that we can create our own challenges and competitions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to update and updates random KPIs at different times resulting in frustration from sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to motivate my sales team and put focus on core KPIs. As a result, our sales in key areas have seen drastic improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Game effective is similar to the Microsoft Dynamics program, but better. I have not had a problem with the program. It runs smooth, runs fast and doesn't lag. All the tools are easy to get to and use. A beginner could use this software and they wouldn't have a problem with it. Of course like any good software there is a nice tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find a thing I dislike about this product. The price would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped my employees feel computer smarty and to know what they are doing without asking a bunch of questions

Get it, but it, use it, abuse it - it'll do what you need to do for longterm effectivness

What do you like best about the product?
The challenge session. Very intuitive and stimulating and the possibility to monitor results in a very quickly way. The user friendly interface and the learning session that allows users to be aware of new information in real time. Also the possibility to personalize avatar and nickname is very funny. The platform creates an healty competion between Agents, and as about the learning section, there is also the possibility to integrate it with Customer Learning Management System. It is a very Userful feature in order to saving time in content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibility to not import report with complicate calculation. Not so much flexibility in general features such as calculate kpi with files coming from different sources. But in general it is a very good instrument.
it would be greas also to set some gate logicin kpi in order to give points for example only after having satisfied some conditions (such as minimum number of calls received)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual report Creation with a lot of time effort saving. Moreover the Team leader and Supervisor work is more easy because of data immediatly available on respective dashboard. In attition it has a good impact also on Admin e Data Analyst work, such as from Engineering Side. In analytic section data are ready both as number and both as graphical way in order to monitor trend of preformances during the times /day, week, month, year)
