Flexible and effective PErformance Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the "funny" user friendly interface. From a business perspective, I enjoy also working with the colleagues of GameEffective: I found many professional with Amazing skills and expertise. High commitment on some customization my company business required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need of some specific staff effort to maintain the platform up-to-date and maximize the commitment. Anyway, some of this effort is easy to find internally (e.g. working differently)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase agents motivation, training and committment. We measured business KPIs increase, expecially on outbound sales initiatives

Good platform for inbound contact centers
What do you like best about the product?
Good KPI overviews and good fun for our agents

Complex platform which takes some time to learn for admin users

Reduced AHT and increased NPS and Sales performance, supported of course by coaching and other management work in the contact center

Engaging and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly supportive. Once they explain some of the activities it is a flawless experience and very intuitive platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to a time change between their head office in Israel and the east coast of North America there is some delay in responses. However their team in the United States makes up for it fairly quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are endless. Probably the best features is their analytics which allow you to see exactly what each participant does in the platform. The engagement is great as well
Great Gamification and leraning platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive and easy way to learn/teach online.

it is a bit buggy when it comes to a few specific configurations

Updating the whole company with new information along with having a simple way to assign test and courses to everyone according to specific parameters I.E. Language

What do you like best about the product?
The game element - being able to sync it with platforms to record points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual labour of setting up challenges/missions/managing users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to get more traction and usage of sales tool which helped improve awareness. Benefits includes more knowledge sales reps.
Travelin' Band
What do you like best about the product?
The content is displayed in a clear, and colorful format. It makes it easy to read and fun to complete the missions - doesn't even feel like learning! Just good old fashion travelin' - and my band of travelers have said nothing but good things about participating in tis so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to build me Avatar - like I can with a bitmoji. Pick my hair color, length, etc. I like the accessories though! :)

Engaging employees to be proactive, self-seeking online learners!

Customizing your avatar like a bitmoji; creating keywords for automatic grading of fill in the bank responses (instead of manual review)...

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity for teams to learn about our new process and tools while playing a game which is enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are difficult to manuever through to find exactly what you want.

The sales professionals lack of knowledge of our new management process and tools to compliment it.

I like the user inerface. When i have a staff that constanly changes over its good to have an easy to use system
