What do you like best about the product?
I have used talkdesk for more than 2 years and all I can say is that without it my job would have been very different. Thanks to talkdesk everything is easy and all you have to worry about is your tasks. The quality of the calls are very high, I have never faced any issues while talking on the phone, talkdesk provides you with all the data of your calls, you can also record the calls so you can listen them after the call in case you forgot anything on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have anything negative the experience, until now everything have been awesome. I haven't noticed any bugs or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working on sales and marketing with thousands of customers and everything has been working perfectly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk desk is the right decision for every company which works with clients and customers. You just have to worry about your business and talkdesk will do the rest. It's very sophisticated program where you have all the

What do you like best about the product?
Total ease to be able to take and log calls and well as transferring to colleagues.

Being able to recognise who is calling based on previous calls and logging them straight into salesforce is a gift!

My whole office uses Talk Desk and it has made life so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints whatsoever, I honestly can say this this system has improved my working day to no end
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and efficiency when taking calls and also being one step ahead when recognising clients creating a much more personable experience

Has saved me time and effort on managing the process of taking a call, allowing me to concentrate on doing my job

100% start using talkdesk. It will improve your working day by a mile and remove any headaches caused by the process of making or receiving calls

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and you can reach anyone within seconds. I am really pleased to be using this feature 'cos it helps me reach all of my contacts and I am able to finish my job before the given time. Talkdesk is the only thing that I will use it in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the line drops down and you can barely hear anything. Even tho it is not something that happens too often it is really important to be able to improve that. It happened when I was in the middle of a very important conversation and follow-up call back was crucial because of a single drop down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talking to a business partner, how to improve their online visibility for shopping and being more available for their customer. Most of the time those talks are educational speeches on our end and how they can improve their service, serving and satisfying their customers. I do believe that when it comes to online ordering it is crucial to pay attention to every small detail that will attract a customer into placing and trusting a product and stay loyal to it. Talkdesk is really the most helpful tool for addressing all of the necessary issues and advice that we meet along the way.

It is the best thing that you can use if you're dealing with outbound and inbound calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great on all fields, however if there`s on thing that i like the best, then it`s the integration it has across multiple platforms, websites. Being able to call numbers merely by clicking the number on a random website (thanks to the Talkdesk extension) makes my life and job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional drops in calls. But they are not that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an account manager at a start up company and Talkdesk is our go to solution for reaching out to our accounts. I use it on daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Guaranteed the best product in it`s area. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calling service online.

Easy access for your business

What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Talkdesk for a few years now and I must say it made my work so much easier.
I have easy access to all my calls, the recordings are always available so if I need to remind myself it's just a few clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have anything to say that I dislike, I would like to be able to send a fax from this program and SMS, other than that I'm very satisfied.

I like that it is so easy to navigate. It hardly ever has issues

Nothing really sometimes it takes a second to connect but that is my only issue

What do you like best about the product?
With Talkdesk we can offer a better service and we have increased our productivity thanks to it, This company operates out of a few territories and it is easy to navigate between different dial-out phone number. My clients have my dedicated phone number, they can leave me voice messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback.No complaints from my side at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speak with the Talkdesk team certainly. They can arrange meetings with comparable organizations to allow for more in-depth conversations on their experience. Also give the trial a shot with a portion of your department to see if the platform will meet your requirements.

The customer service is top notch. We get questions answered quickly and efficiently which was a huge help while integrating it into our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdask is really fast and easy to use. It is very easy to install it and adapt to it. All the calls are recorded and you can pull out any reports you might need for inbound or outbound calls. This helps to keep a track on the progress of our everyday basis at work. We are using it at work to communicate with our customers and they can have our numbers and leave voicemails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike regarding this amazing tool. I don't have any complaints. The only thing I would like to mention is more a suggestion than a complaint or dislike. It was going to be perfect if Talkdesk will be able to automatically recognize the country code of the phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of an SEO agency and it was going to be impossible to work without Talkdesk. We need to communicate with the customers on an everyday basis. Our managers can keep a track on our performance using the reports.

I would highly recommend talkdesk
