Talkdesk is a wonderful application, expecially when it comes to the Mobile application.

Voice lags issues need teams attention and this will get the experience better

I like how there is a flexibility for making the calls through mobile application apart from the Desktop version

There are voice Lags that I do experience at times. However that can be fixed if the app uses lesser data for calls like Google voice or whatsapp

My job profile requires me to make calls to customers located globally. The application helps me connect with the customer to resolve problems they experience with the payments they made with the organization

At times due to improper network the app tends to get stuck this can be improved

it solves all the purposes, most of the things are there

while pulling up the reports you cannot edit in between if by chance you miss to add or remove any agents name then you will have to start again.

while taking out the reports, if the agent name is updated, so in middle if I need to edit the names of members, I have to close the window and open a new window, as it does not accepts edits in between

What do you like best about the product?
It is not a platform-dependent app. I have different devices; installing it and logging in is enough; we don't have to do anything else. It is very user-friendly; in the application, it is one of the essential things for an application to be very friendly. We don't need any training to work on the talk desk. While using it, we don't face any problems. The load on the processors is also less. If somehow we forget the password, retrieving is also easy. I will surely recommend this to any of my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in the application that I have competent about, but still, it is an application, and there is always an upgrade waiting.

We use Slash before working on the talk desk; we use to face problems, like call disconnecting on their own, Call not getting connected in the first place. It uses to hang in between the ring.
