What do you like best about the product?
easy to use. can see the queue while monitoring instantly

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very user friendly and makes it easy to use it. Very efficient and helps to run the business smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk is such easy to use that there is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user friendly interface helps in solving the queries by connecting to the customers and the best part is we can also use it on mobile.

It disconnects the call completely when the network drops instead of trying to reconnect.

Easy for handling incoming calls whilst doing other tasks using the pop up app
My experience using Talkdesk
What do you like best about the product?
Its smooth transition from one call to another, helping me with managing time when I'm using it through the laptop. I also like how it's very upfront with its user experience, notifying you right in time if there's a network issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unmute button sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, making it risky to even try speaking if the client is on mute. I wouldn't say its a recurring issue but I do have 1 or 2 experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Talkdesk to connect with clients across USA, UK and APAC regions for business. The application has been crucial and a constant since I started working in the current company - as a part of my job role is to connect and also manage time well. Talkdesk has been a very interestingly designed application, as per my perception of it. I could always go back to calls and hear them out, making it convenient for me to go through things again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest using this application for consolidated data, easy connect and good tracking in a divisive and specific manner.

It is connecting people across the world in different time zones without any issues. It is user-friendly in operation on mobile/ PC/ Laptop. Hassle-free usage of Talkdesk makes it work smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found any error as of now. It has been more than six months, and sailing smooth.

Connecting with business clients, negotiating commercials, essential deals, and bringing up business across miles in different countries. Good customer experience shared and troubleshooting concerns of customers as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Talkdesk is that it gives us the access to call around the world seamlessly without much requirement for high-end system configuration. It also allows us to keep track of our call logs and recordings, which are helpful in day-to-day business transactions. The calls are very smooth, and the quality and speed for Talkdesk are very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per our work model usage there are no downsides of using Talkdesk our business runs on Talkdesk. and there is no such least feature about the Talkdesk as such.

We use Talkdesk for welcome procedures for customer and all kinds of problem solving queries so talkdesk is very important app to run our business model.

Unlimited calling, user friendly interface and easy to access all features without any prior knowledge or any manual help.

Till to find, sometimes The call get connected gut not able to hear the voice don't know it's an internet issue or app issue.

We call the customer abroad in US and resolve the query of the customer through the Talkdesk app.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing voice clarity and the best part is it connects automatically in case you have interim internet speed. It has assisted me to connect with my clients in different countries. The UI is one of the best I have ever seen and is so easy to use. I have tried a lot of apps. and this app by far is the best at what it does. It has now become my personal favourite and is pretty easy to use. They provide excellent service and I hope to see new features on this soon. All features are available in one app. I don't think they will have any competition in the market as they are the best I have ever known. The best part is the application size is so less that you can literally work on this application for hours without any interruption. Thank you so much talk desk team for making my life easier at my workplace. Try it now. You will never regret it. Five Stars*
