My only and best form of telecommunication on the job
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability! My office uses Talkdesk as its main form of telecommunication with our clients. I love that TalkDesk is always reliable for connecting with my clients. They have my dedicated phone number, they can leave me voice messages and I will be notified by email when they are need of my service. I also like that when I'm having issues with my web conference calls, I can rely upon Talkdesk to re-connect me with my clients, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about TalkDesk. I would like a feature where TalkDesk could automatically recognize the country code of the phone number that I input into the dialer. It would save me time from having to research this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk has made communication with our clients easy. It's great that the system integrates with all of our account management systems, including Gmail and Salesforce.
Easy to use & efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Callbar extension! Super sleek & easy to use, and reliable. The call reporting feature is super helpful to have in realtime to know if a queue is building, and to easily see if a colleague is available when working in another location, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having call waiting feature if someone calls you direct. Or knowing easily that you had a missed call where someone didn't leave a voicemail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart phone routing - when customers get disconnected and call back shortly afterwards, it routes to the agent they were speaking with!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure people understand all of the features it has to offer! Callbar extension, reporting, call monitoring, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with our CRM, Salesforce. We can easily answer, track, and assign phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if voicemails closed automatically when you call back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has enabled our small company to centralized phone support at a reasonable price.

Great Phone solution
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Salesforce and the reporting functionality. The voicemail integration with Slack is also beneficial to our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to navigate call history on the web portal. I also wish that the cell phone porting was a little bit more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording was a huge issue for my company. Now that we can go back and listen to conversations, it makes customer service a much easier role. Additionally, the reporting gives us great analytics to see who is answering the most calls and how long calls are taking.

The customer service is top notch. We get questions answered quickly and efficiently which was a huge help while integrating it into our company.
Great tool for an international team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use the product is. Really makes a difference when you have to work on the phones all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality can sometimes be a little on and off, but opening a ticket with support resolves the issue super quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of middle east clients and it is very difficult to get local numbers from that region for customer to call us back!

The easy to use system is amazing and the service is even better

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is great. It allows me to get a true grasp on our performance. The queueing of calls is great and the way you can change how the calls are dispersed is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interaction with Sales Force is a little off. At times the calls will come through, but the case doesn't auto pop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer interaction and Case to call linking. It makes things so much faster to be able to receive a call from a customer and the case pops up with the contact info. When reviewing calls I am able to track down specific calls and cases quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your running a call center and you're looking for something that delivers on all fronts then you want to add this to your company. Your team will appreciate it.

Talkdesk is so easy to use, so easy to monitor your calls and links to salesforce like a dream
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you haven't restarted for a while it cuts out and people can't hear you on the phone when you call, but this happens rarely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring call numbers and listening back to calls, easy to see who is calling you and the call automatically goes to the relevant sales person to save you having to ring through to multiple people

If your company makes a lot of calls and you have multiple users then its such a valuable tool

The excellent support and the quality of the the overall service. I do like that you can call and have someone love to talk to at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of time it takes if there is an error to get the issue resolved. Email support could be more timely as well.

We rely on Talkdesk everyday to provide our customers and clients 24/7 phone support. It is great that Talkdesk also has great support for us.

In my personal opinion, this is an extremely effective platform that is beneficial in connecting vendors with the retail community!

Not all areas of platform effectively communicate with one another.

We are finding that many of our business needs can be addressed with Talkdesk.

Talkdesk is THE PLACE to go to for excellent phone communication. Easy to use, fast, and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very user-friendly and the support team is just amazing!
Also I love the way the admin tool is structured. So easy to get new numbers installed, assign them to new ring groups, build new IVRs and so on. Also the preferences section is so minimal and intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting section is not that intuitive and you cannot customize it to meet your company's specific needs. You need to know a little about the system and excel too in order to get the data your are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The click-to-dial function has definitely helped our sales representatives to reach more clients with less effort.
