Usable but has a few glitches

What do you like best about the product?
You can use talkdesk anywhere. Browser interface is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations on IVR configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being notified when voicemails, voice delays on calls and queues disappear when users need to be transferred.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes for a small business.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is easy to use and I love how I can monitor calls of our team members specially during their nesting (training period).

It provides option to choose which phone numbers to use when dialing out which is great per business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific reason why I dislike TalkDesk. I guess there are still areas for improvement in terms of its callbar UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical problems of end users using SaaS. We have several clients and we offer premier support. Having a phone number dedicated for premier clients makes it easy for them to contact us.

Simple and easy tool

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is simple and easy to use. It has a nice UI and training someone takes all of 10 minutes. Also, monitoring calls and pulling important metrics are easy tasks. I usually just use screenshots of the presented graphs in management meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to get more reporting options like average number of calls waiting by hour for a specific day. Also, to add an agent/upgrade our subscription I had to send an email into support rather than just getting them added instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Talkdesk in conjunction with the Textline app has has greatly reduced the amount of pages my agents need to have open to handle incoming volume. Additionally, the Talkdesk call bar for Zendesk saves another tab. This is really great when working with and training contractors who are out of the country.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. I've been using it for 5 years as an agent and now admin and I've never thought about switching.

Easy to integrate!

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk integrated seamlessly into a variety of our agent tools, without any additional custom development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for there to be more core features for configuring the Callbar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been intermittent outages that are not reported.

What do you like best about the product?
The sounds quality is very clear and its convenient that you can use the application on any desktop. I also like how you can use almost any equipment with a mic to talk through.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue is that sometimes TalkDesk has some connectivity issues. This is usually an easy fix but can be a problem sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to communicate with clients and vendors from any desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk it is very friendly and easy to use it , and the reporting it's great, i love how can you get the information live and customize reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to have the opportunity to play more with the live information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now i do not have drop calls that i had constantly with another platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already have another vendor, the transition its very easy for the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and convenient, makes my everyday job easier, very simple and can be beneficial for any office job
What do you dislike about the product?
The software still has some glitches that need to be worked out since it does crash at times or takes it time to load. Other than that it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems i am solving is organization in saving phone numbers and tracking calls, i am able go back and track my calls plus also listen to them if i forgot something i covered with the buyer/seller

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to transfer calls with the ring groups or favorites, you can even transfer by manually putting a number in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some days where the connection is not the best, this could be an internet error also, some times drops calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with titles so we need to reach out to sellers, some times we need to transfer to another department which makes it fast and easy!

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. I get email notifications for voice messages. I like the analytics.

at beginning i was unable to login via another system but other coworkers were able too.
