What do you like best about the product?
Quality of the calls, saving contacts for future use, and the easy system

Sometimes when the clients call they have a tough time hearing and we have to restart to get better reception

Helping clients pay and answer their invoice questions. Easy to keep track of calls and saving the clients information for future use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and tracks my calls. I'm easily able to go to my call records, retrieve past call recordings, and update contact information based on what TalkDesk provides. We live in an area that gets evacuated at least once a year for hurricanes or tropical storms, I've used TalkDesk operating off a cell phone hot spot with no problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless connected via Ethernet cable, there is sometimes a long delay on calls. Other than that, as long as an internet connection is established, no problems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to collect data on types of calls received by agents. Being able to categorize and retrieve call records is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TalkDesk is very reliable and will always communicate when experiencing issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrative technology has been extremely helpful and resourceful. Whether it is a busy or a slow day, I know that I can always count on this fantastic technology.

There is really nothing I dislike about the Talkdesk software.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a startup so we have beginner agents. The interface is really easy to use and allows for flexibility on how we want to structure our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I think there are limitations with integration but there is enough to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to route people, easy to provide different experiences to different customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and use. I like how reliable it is for me and for my customers. I like that there is caller ID and you can save new contacts. I like how if no one is available you can leave a voice mail and it is put in our queue. I also like how there are many different away status' so other colleagues know you are busy, I also really like how they have a reporting dashboard so you can see your colleague's status' and how many people are on the phone at a given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much to complain about. The calls drop sometimes. Sometimes the customer can not hear me and other times I can not hear them. Also, sometimes I get a call while i'm on the phone with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I do have any issues I usually close out of talk desk or refresh it and everything works well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage! It is a great way to communicate with clients! The positive attributes override the few unfortunate issues like calls dropping.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk works great for our support team. We do use the Salesforce integration so all of our data and information is in one place, which is helpful across the business! There is a ton of info/data provided from an admin standpoint and we can really use it to pinpoint where we are succeeding and where we need work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Talkdesk for only our support team and another phone system for our sales team, and it is hard to manage both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our greatest benefit is by using the integration, we have an enormous amount of data in one place. Other people in the business can also listen to the calls to see what occured.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Talkdesk has made it so easy to communicate with clients, very reliable

I had some tech troubles in the beginning, but their support team was very responsive and helped me fix the problem

There are several benefits to using Talkdesk. The integration with Salesforce has been one of the most useful aspects of it for me

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the layout is simple and easy to navigate, when I first started using Talkdesk it took me no time to pick it up. I like that you are able monitor your own statistics, find your previous calls and download them without a second thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that Talkdesk doesn't recognise when you have logged into a new computer, so you need to ensure you are completely logged out before logging in to a new computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able effectively monitor and review calls, by being able to download the calls into an excel spreadsheet this makes the job much easier and means this gets completed more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is easy to use, highly recommended to use it on a daily basis. It also is a nice tool to monitor calls and establish reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major issue to the use of Talkdesk, it is a reliable tool to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time waist is the major issue that Talkdesk enables us to tackle, ens, more productivity. Classifying calls in order to manage easily the leads flow and the next actions is also really important and a great value offered by Talkdesk.
