I like the connection speed between the click with the lead and the beginning of the call

What do you like best about the product?
Live reporting screen is easily customisable so you can keep track of what is important to you. You can also pull lots of different reports for all your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see when an agent was set to which status without having to pull the data, rather than just what proportion of the hour they were set to each status. The individual graphs that show that an agent was set to (e.g.) available for 20 minutes during 9-10am are useful but I want to know WHEN they were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tackle issues of productivity by easily tracking each individuals performance with great ease. Not only can I track how many calls they are making, but I can easily track how long they are spending on and off the phones, among many other things.

What do you like best about the product?
TalkDesk is very easy to use and is typically always online, with very little downtime. The metrics are always helpful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many thing that I dislike, it intergrates well with our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to more effectively cover the inbound calls due to displayed metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and intuitive and was easy and fast to set up the first time.
I like the way it integrates with our Salesforce, creating cases automatically when I call a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't find anything I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the main tool to manage calls from our laptops.

What do you like best about the product?
Talk Desk is super easy to use. It's the only form of communication I use at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative significantly stands out to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is key to my line of work. Being able to add phone recordings to refer back to is very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use! Super simplified! User friendly. Not many dropped calls. Easy to trouble shoot. Quick and efficient way to stay connected with clients. Syncs with Salesforce which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck in a "fetching data" status. The login and connection with Salesforce is kind of cumbersome. Connect issues. Head phone connection issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a call when you're on a call. Talk desk getting stuff in a "fetching data" status. Talkdesk freezing or not letting you change your status.

Talkdesk Live Monitoring is an intuitive application,
It's simple and easy to use with my CRM

Honestly, nothing except it's difficult to connect sometimes but it depends of your data internet

when you are new in the company, you can easily listen your coworkers to learn faster the speech

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up different ring groups within teams makes the facility ideal to use throughout the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing settings can be a bit tricky however their customer service team are always able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from hard phones to an online system throughout the whole company making it easier to transfer calls both between departments and offices.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it whenever and wherever around the office or when I am working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the update can last longer than I would like but not too bad usually always have a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to resolve issues with customers and easily transfer calls to the right department. Easy to use never crashes.
