What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't crash and easy to use., pretty fast too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface, maybe a smaller layout or a dark mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to respond to calls and change the availability status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, pretty reliable and fast, the interface is clean and easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Talkdesk is very helpful logging and recording calls. It provides and collects very useful data. You are able to log and monitor issues with your calls. TalkDesk also has many functions that make life easier. I am pleased with the results of using Talkdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes TalkDesk has technical glitches, as does most anything now-a-days. This is obviously not 100% unavoidable. Apart from that, there is not much that I do not like about TalkDesk. Talkdesk support has always been timely in their responses and has a quick resoluition when things go wrong. For this reason I would reccomend talkdesk to other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping customers by using Talkdesk. Because talkdesk is so versatile and easy to use, cusotmers do not have to deal with as many inconcienvese. With Talkdesk, you can hold calls, transfer, ring to other lines along with the many other benefits. The benefits are exponential.

I find Talkdesk to be easy to use I like the way I can conference in calls and transfer calls.

Keeping up with the updates, random call drops

More clients are able to call in and get assistance because we have a team using Talkdesk

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to conform Talkdesk to my CX and TX needs and run analytics within a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still producing a number of new features. Not as robust as the others on the market

Creating a Service Level formula that is catered to my business.

I like how anything can be done in a few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike a whole lot. I just know that there are some glitches that happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the obvious of helping customers in situations in regards to the company that I work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really easy to use and I believe that it can be used for any company just because of how multifaceted it is. It's something that can be taught in a very short period of time and has a very simple layout. Another thing about it is that it requires your keyboard to type in numbers and if that's difficult the numbers on screen on big enough for anybody to see.

What do you like best about the product?
I really loved using TalkDesk when training for my position. It was very helpful to be able to hear co-workers conversations and how they react and handle certain situations. Before answering calls myself it was very helpful to see how others work with customer to resolve their issues. Now that I am answering calls on my own I have found it super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization for individual profiles. It would be nice if I could make adjustments to my settings without effecting coworkers profiles. If you could customize your profile it would make answering phones and speaking to customers all day a bit more fun. I also wish I could set it so it doesnt make me available as soon as I login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk helps me resolve customer issues and answer questions clearly. Customers are able to clearly hear me without any issues. With TalkDesk I can work at the office and also help customers when I am working from home on my computer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TalkDesk is a great tool which helps you clearly communicate with your customers and solve their problems. There is a Voicemail system so you customers can leave you messages when you are offline.

Great Software for a call center

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track all calls from agents and listen to recordings. IT also works with great plug ins to our existing CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a little more insights and transparency to how insights are calculated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has made life simpler since we don't have to have handsets on our desk. With a solid internet connection Talkdesk outperforms all other calling systems I have used in terms of quality, ease, and reliability.

Service Desk calls made easy

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates very well with Zendesk. It has an easy to use interface. It has a nice dashboard for live tracking of agents and calls. Monitoring active calls is handled well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better reporting would be a benefit. Call Bar app can be buggy at times. An app for use on a mobile device would be very useful but not available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Clients to contact us for 24-7 support

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track call productions and the ability to monitor calls for quality assurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how talkdesk is suitable for bluetooth devices. Calls can drop or have major interference when using any type of bluetooth device. The voicemail system and prompts can sometimes not work correctly, and cause our clients to leave butt dials. Sometimes they are not sure when they are leaving a voicemail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our staff members to make efficient calling, and stay in contact with our clients. It helps greatly with quality assurance when focusing on client support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy VoIP system, talkdesk is the answer. Just make sure you use a wired headset.
