What do you like best about the product?
Being able to link calls with their accounts for tracking purposes is essential in working efficiently in my role!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features about TalkDesk that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient workflow, ease of systems, reliable connectivity, quick resolution to any questions or concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and simplicity of how easy TalkDesk is makes it the go to piece of software for anyone who needs to speak with clients on a daily basis in a fast-paced call center environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor complaint that I may have is that I would love to have more reporting options for regular users. Admins have great reporting and I would love more of that great reporting available to all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I have had with TalkDesk can only be attributed to spotty internet connections. While that isn't TalkDesk's fault, it's important to keep in mind when you are using the software to have a stable connection.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely ensure that you are using the callbar app. It's a nice quick way for client outreach.

No complaints of poor call quality from our customer support team

Nothing - works well for us. Any issues have been promptly solved by their customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer support team uses Talkdesk - we have been able to integrate with Service Cloud so that all customer interaction data lives in Salesforce
Great software to increase and report on Inbound and Outbound calls
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy and great live reporting. Easy to manuever from one page to another to fully utilize the program efficiently. Quick transitions and real time connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of lag time when logging-in for the Callbar to launch, but does not take away from the great benefits of TalkDesk. Need to improve on speed and wireless connection.

Great live reporting. Faster Warm and Blind transfers. Real-time connection with which personnel is available or out of office. Reporting on daily activities.

Utilized the reporting daily.

You can choose your calls, you received one minute of aftercall ot complete your notes

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and has all the required features for an awesome contact center solutions. The reporting is more robust and very helpful to review the stats.

Nothing to dislike yet. The application is awesome

I love that it's super easy to use, it literally took a few minutes to learn how everything works. Plus the widget is amazing for quick calls.

Salesforece integration is fantastic. Reliability of platform, all of the features that we could need like Interactive voice response, Customizable call queues and Automatic call distribution!

Nothing! There's nothing currently that we would like to improve. Solid support team & product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when using Talkdesk and Zendesk, the tickets autopopulate for incoming calls! Its easy to use and very straightforward. The integration with other apps is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be a bit buggy and calls will drop. But the issue seems to resolve itself quickly.

Using it for incoming and outgoing customer contacts. Allows to transfer to other colleagues on the same line

Sometimes blocks the calls and continue ringing loosing calls and affect metrics

Great for daily tasks to resolve customer inquiries, very reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all features and services run smoothly to where rarely technical support is needed but when it is the case we get a response within a minimum amount of time.

To be honest we have used it for many years and it is hard to answer what I dislike because there is not anything.

With Talkdesk we are resolving issues reported by professors and students for all Vista Higher Learning platforms and sites. The benefits we have realized are endless.
