Intuitive tool. Needs more features
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Salesforce integration with minimal set-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection can occasionally drop, plus, it's till a bit daunting to identify the difference between multiple records with the same name.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and seamlessly integrates with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always recognize the number that is calling to pull the contact the number is associated with. This is not usually the case and only happens occanssionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to take calls from anywhere, not just at my desk.
Helpful Professional Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard allows me to see what my team is doing. I can get a quick snapshot of my entire call center by viewing the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a couple minutes for the recorded call to display in the "calls" tab. It would be great if this time could be a little shorter, but it definitely does not inhibit my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows me to go back to conversations I've had with guests as many times as I need. If I forget a detail about a conversation, I am easily able to go back and listen to the entirety of the phone call.
Talkdesk is very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Talkdesk makes it for its users to navigate through the website in order to ensure a smooth experience when dealing with high volume clientele. This is important in the type of industry our company is in as we do work very fast paced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of the dial pad. Being able to instantly start typing the number using our keypad instead of having to click where the number should go makes the process of using the system faster and less tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk always ensures our customer satisfaction and wait time are within our target! I love how easy Talkdesk makes it for the managers to listen in on calls for quality assurance.

I would definitely recommend Talkdesk ti others!
User friendly phone platform for making and receiving calls.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use Talkdesk brings to my every day work. It's simple, but makes my job 100 times easier! I would recommend any call center to utilize Talkdesk. Whether you are making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls the quality of sound is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making outbound calls on Talkdesk before the update all you needed to do was click on the number and Talkdesk would start calling. The new update does the same thing, but a window is prompted asking you to click to confirm making the call. Although I think the feature is great, I would love to see an option to disable it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not solving any problems with Talkdesk. Right now the purpose of Talkdesk in our company is to receive calls from customers and make outgoing calls.

Give Talkdesk a try if you are looking for a new call platform.

I like the way I can handle my time by creating reports according to my needs, Is a complete program
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes, it takes a long time for talkdesk to create some specific reports, or when we choose specific time frames it might take a while, I actually don't think that talkdesk has a negative impact at all, once you know how it works it is just matter of organizing your requests according to the time it takes to generate them. Also it would be great if it could capture screenshots on what people is doing while being monitored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm being able to monitor real time, as well as create reports and do my phone time all in one, It gives me the opportunity to constantly learn since it has support and training options, they are for free and all the trainings are really useful. I feel engaged with the program and I am not tired on learning a new thing every day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talkdesk will make your life easier by letting you get what you need and more, it has a variety of features that will give you the chance to reduce the time you spend looking for information when using several programs, it is a complete tool to engage us with or daily duties by simplifying everything

the reporting tab is particularity useful for me. It's nice to see where I am in rotation in regard to other users in my call group
What do you dislike about the product?
the call quality is sometimes poor with feedback or echoing, and three-way calling always seems to result in the call being dropped

this is the only call app I've used, so I have nothing to compare it to

What do you like best about the product?
TalkDesk has been an excellent upgrade from a more traditional "hard phone" solution. The ability to quickly "dial" via TalkDesk is a big timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the necessity of internet for service, call quality is often affected if internet issues arise. This can be challenging in times of high volume calling when you do not have insight into internet connectivity/quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk solves the problem of learning an antiquated phone system, and allows ease of use for internal routing/ call making, and team usage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
internet connectivity should be considered, as well as use of other soft phone software you may utilize when calling (dialer, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is very easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If connecting with Wifi then sometimes there is a brief lag but none worse than any other system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk makes it very easy for me to do my day-to-day calling and workflow without interruptions.
Vital to Daily Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for quick calling and tracking information like call logs, hourly/daily/weekly/monthly call data, and call recordings as well
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything significant I dislike but I do wish that when listening back to recordings it was easier to drag to where in the recording you want to listen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of making calls as well as the useful call data/metrics that are tracked is beneficial to stay organized yet operate quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From a user standpoint, there is almost nothing that I find to be a problem with Talkdesk. Any minor setback we had was only temporary and resolved within moments. Highly recommend Talkdesk.
