What do you like best about the product?
using talkdesk made my work a lot more easier and fun , everything is well in order and and connected
, connection is more than perfect calls are clear and loud and it almost never disconnects . I would highly recommend it

Sometimes there is a bug while using talk desk sometimes it has a bit of problem and it cant connect perfectly . but most of the time its working well . and one more thing sometimes it freezes but that’s mainly it

im helping people around the world to learn english through our online platform

What do you like best about the product?
we have integrated Talk-desk with Salesforce so it automatically logs my calls and activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to have Salesforce open in browser to log calls

Simple transfers to colleagues minimising incorrect message taking and connecting Clients with relevant departments

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can listen to recorded phone calls through TD with ease, and that we can search for those conversations. We have lots of different corners of our business that overlap with each other and there's always a piece of the puzzle that can be connected by listening to a phone call with a client that addresses similar issues
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we got notified for missed calls in the same way we get notifications for voicemails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track stats of missed and abandoned calls which helps us learn about our availability and where we are failing our clients who call in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would really like a feature that shows individuals their missed calls. That's the only thing that I really wish was different.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk simplifies calling, storing contact data, and managing conversations. The recordings of previous calls really helps for ensuring quality of service!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were an easier way to look through past calls. Finding calls from several weeks ago can be a chore, especially if names aren't assigned to contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to guarantee customer service quality and to get information from calls when clear notes weren't taken or if there was any kind of misapprehension.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use which made the changeover from traditional phones absolutely seemless

If I don't answer two calls it sets you as away and I always forget to change it back!

What do you like best about the product?
Due to Talk Desk being installed on my laptop, I can work from anywhere and I am not tied to the landline on my desk as usual.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection is not the strongest whilst on Wifi in our venues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lengthy planning calls with our clients to go through finer details of their event.

Great tool and definitely makes your life easier! Perfect for those who work from multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is easy to use, and if something is unclear or something goes wrong, they are extremely quick to reply and address the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative of Talkdesk is that when a part of the software is down, our employees find out before Talkdesk can communicate it to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of being able to track successful versus unsuccessful calls. We now can easily have our employees track this information through Talkdesk.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to talk to multiple clients and colleagues all over the world. It allows us to increase our market reach because it connects us to multiple people with little or no disruption

A mobile app would be most beneficial so we do not loose opportunities while on the road.

Global communication is one of the Major benefits. Its given us the benefit of opening new market sources in Non Key countries

What I like best about Talkdesk is how user friendly it is! First time I used it everything was so easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the Dashboard and customization. It provides necessary data and is easy to monitor calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes have to reboot, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily see call data and pull reports. Makes my job easier, more efficient, and a visual view of staff availability and call statuses.
