Brilliant callbar for outbound calls and very efficient call reporting and monitoring system

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting I can do on TD portal. It is very intuitive and so easy to understand for any new user. I am a new user myself and it did not take me more than 5 minutes to learn everything myself. The call drop rate is next to none and that is the best thing I like about TD. Stability is everything and that's what this callbar delivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ringing tone when TD is connecting is not something I was able to get used to easily. It's a different tone that didn't let me know it's dialing out to a number. I did not find a way to change it to regular tone. Also, I tried downloading TD app from Appstore but didn't find it. I am not sure if it's available or if I am missing something. Additionally, if you can make it in a way that user can login to TD right on the callbar instead of a page opening on browser. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call drops were the main reason why I was trying to move to another solution which was TalkDesk and I am happy to say that I have had no call drops on voip on Talkdesk.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and for the most part, always works. I really enjoy how even if my volume is off and I'm on another page that calls will still show up on my desktop. Having the in house app for my Mac make the whole thing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it drops calls and it would be nice if you could see previous numbers in the App for Macs instead of having to go online look at the web browser to see past calls. I think its kind of hard to tell the difference between what is widget mode and how it affects my app mode.... There has been no way to tell the difference. Also sometimes when plugged into my external monitor the call will work, but other times not... I would say make sure Talkdesk knows to connect to computers all the time and never to connect to like a monitor.... very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with customers faster. Good notification system. Easy callbacks. Nice to monitor in and listen to others who are on calls (this could be better though. I would say overall TD makes my job easier and most People seem to enjoy using it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it has to be integrated into other platforms such as the Salesforce service cloud in order to see true benefit from the tool. I would recommend making sure you know how to set things up before trying to just do it yourself.

No dropped calls. Clear connection on almost all connections.

Does not work the best with Bluetooth devices.

Staying connected with clients easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use Bluetooth with this software. Everything else is perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
interface look really nice. better than competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
the need to open browser to activate talk desk app on laptop. in my old company we used 8X8 and we did not need to do that. tis a bit repetitive and a wast of time to do on a daily basis. also, if i switch of my laptop go to lunch or a meeting i have ti login again on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can call from different numbers. it would be useful to be able to use an an apple app

What do you like best about the product?
Talk desk is a great asset to my job. Its hands free compatibility is great! The freedom from phone cords or headset cords make my day! User-friendly for both using as a customer service rep and supervisors. while in training I was able to easily listen in to other calls to learn valuable skills. It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever I need to check on something. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was kinda hard to figure out at first but with a little training it was no problem at all. It became so easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free is just that. No cords. No headset. All employers with a customer service center should have talk desk!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch! You wont regret it! Training was minimal as the interface was easily installed. It will be very easy to learn how to use it in no time and it is very user- friendly! It records all the calls so I can go back to whatever you need to make sure I didn't miss anything. It also shows the amount of time I was on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Featuring a simple and user friendly interface, Talkdesk is easy to grasp quickly. Exceptional for someone just starting, and a breeze for anyone familiar with the software. Reporting is simple and comprehensive. Changing status of availability is quick and easy, accommodating to other work that needs to be gotten to.Training is a breeze, with new hires able to monitor ongoing calls of experienced agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional issues populating all available tab functions, but this is typically due to internet connectivity or web browser issues. Usually quickly resolvable and rarely hinders over all functionality. Ultimately all road bumps are passable, just sometimes requiring some time and potentially some professional assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing inbound and outbound calls from the same app with comprehensive reporting.
Training is made easy with training availability status and ability to monitor calls.

Great Platform for my call center

What do you like best about the product?
I love as a department Manager in customer service all the analytics Talkdesk offers myself and my team
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature they do not have that I really would love is a whisper feature at the very beginning of the call process that says our companies name so my agents know which brand they are answering for since we have several brands we manage

The ability to manage our call and wait times with exceptional visibility

What do you like best about the product?
I like Talkdesk because it's simple to use. The design of it is clean and easy to use.

It can sometimes shut down by itself, but its easily fixed by restarting it.

Ability to create cases in salesforce with talkdesk that provide all our CRM contact information without having to search each phone number

would to nice to have a direct CTI integration with salesforce service console instead of a standalone app.

No need to have desk phones. agents can work remote from anywhere with talkdesk.
