Decent product for everyday use
What do you like best about the product?
I find the integrations into Salesforce easy to help track my data. I also like the ability to warm transfer and speak with my colleague first. Talkdesk is helpful when it comes to transferring calls to other individuals, placing people on hold, and muting myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your headphones and headsets, there are definitely some issues that can occur including scratchy voices and disconnects. I wish it was compatible with all types of headphones and headsets! I also wish there was an app for mobile to make calls on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with our clients and having multiple ways to do so is fantastic.
Talkdesk is the way to go!

I use talkdesk in my everyday work life. I dont know what I would do without it! It makes my day so much easier by allowing me to stay organized!

There is nothing that I would change about talkdesk!

Talkdesk allows for me to navigate through all of my contacts and calls with ease!

I can work from home. Recorded calls are really helpful in my industry.

It times out from inactivity quickly sometimes so it takes a while to reload.

Easy to use inbound/outbound call service for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great in providing our company the fundamentals in a calling service: inbound, outbound, quality sound, recordings, hours/voicemail, and the ability to have multiple agents. Talkdesk support is always available to help should issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business, it's important a feature like this remain simple yet effective. We do not have any dislikes at this time. Talkdesk has been a very useful and professional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to communicate with our customers using Talkdesk. Quality of sound is important for training calls that can last up to an hour.
Easy to use, pretty good call quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is easy to use and has pretty good audio quality. I can always hear the other person really clearly. The app is also easy to deploy as a system administrator. I also appreciate the occasional updates, it shows that the application is not falling behind and always looking to improve, even if we aren't seeing issues. The update process is also fast and almost unrecognized by most of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers have issues hearing me on the other side. This is usually resolved with hanging up and calling again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues are sometimes there are issues with people saying I sound choppy. It's nice that I can take calls from my laptop and I can use any headphones that connect to my laptop for sound and mic.

I would like to see it embedded within SalesForce. I would also like for talkdesh to automatically log my calls within my notes.

Sometimes when the clients call they have a tough time hearing and we have to restart to get better reception

Helping clients pay and answer their invoice questions. Easy to keep track of calls and saving the clients information for future use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and tracks my calls. I'm easily able to go to my call records, retrieve past call recordings, and update contact information based on what TalkDesk provides. We live in an area that gets evacuated at least once a year for hurricanes or tropical storms, I've used TalkDesk operating off a cell phone hot spot with no problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless connected via Ethernet cable, there is sometimes a long delay on calls. Other than that, as long as an internet connection is established, no problems!

We're able to collect data on types of calls received by agents. Being able to categorize and retrieve call records is a huge benefit.
