What do you like best about the product?
I can work from home. Recorded calls are really helpful in my industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It times out from inactivity quickly sometimes so it takes a while to reload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes working with my clients so much easier. Love the call history and voicemail features

Easy to use inbound/outbound call service for small business

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is great in providing our company the fundamentals in a calling service: inbound, outbound, quality sound, recordings, hours/voicemail, and the ability to have multiple agents. Talkdesk support is always available to help should issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business, it's important a feature like this remain simple yet effective. We do not have any dislikes at this time. Talkdesk has been a very useful and professional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to communicate with our customers using Talkdesk. Quality of sound is important for training calls that can last up to an hour.

Easy to use, pretty good call quality

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is easy to use and has pretty good audio quality. I can always hear the other person really clearly. The app is also easy to deploy as a system administrator. I also appreciate the occasional updates, it shows that the application is not falling behind and always looking to improve, even if we aren't seeing issues. The update process is also fast and almost unrecognized by most of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customers have issues hearing me on the other side. This is usually resolved with hanging up and calling again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues are sometimes there are issues with people saying I sound choppy. It's nice that I can take calls from my laptop and I can use any headphones that connect to my laptop for sound and mic.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and figure out. And it has a great interdace
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see it embedded within SalesForce. I would also like for talkdesh to automatically log my calls within my notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None
That benefits I see are that I can monitor my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of the calls, saving contacts for future use, and the easy system

Sometimes when the clients call they have a tough time hearing and we have to restart to get better reception

Helping clients pay and answer their invoice questions. Easy to keep track of calls and saving the clients information for future use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and tracks my calls. I'm easily able to go to my call records, retrieve past call recordings, and update contact information based on what TalkDesk provides. We live in an area that gets evacuated at least once a year for hurricanes or tropical storms, I've used TalkDesk operating off a cell phone hot spot with no problems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless connected via Ethernet cable, there is sometimes a long delay on calls. Other than that, as long as an internet connection is established, no problems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to collect data on types of calls received by agents. Being able to categorize and retrieve call records is a huge benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TalkDesk is very reliable and will always communicate when experiencing issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrative technology has been extremely helpful and resourceful. Whether it is a busy or a slow day, I know that I can always count on this fantastic technology.

There is really nothing I dislike about the Talkdesk software.

Really Good Platform

What do you like best about the product?
We are a startup so we have beginner agents. The interface is really easy to use and allows for flexibility on how we want to structure our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I think there are limitations with integration but there is enough to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to route people, easy to provide different experiences to different customers.

Best telephone service I have used

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and use. I like how reliable it is for me and for my customers. I like that there is caller ID and you can save new contacts. I like how if no one is available you can leave a voice mail and it is put in our queue. I also like how there are many different away status' so other colleagues know you are busy, I also really like how they have a reporting dashboard so you can see your colleague's status' and how many people are on the phone at a given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have much to complain about. The calls drop sometimes. Sometimes the customer can not hear me and other times I can not hear them. Also, sometimes I get a call while i'm on the phone with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I do have any issues I usually close out of talk desk or refresh it and everything works well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage! It is a great way to communicate with clients! The positive attributes override the few unfortunate issues like calls dropping.
