What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use! Super simplified! User friendly. Not many dropped calls. Easy to trouble shoot. Quick and efficient way to stay connected with clients. Syncs with Salesforce which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck in a "fetching data" status. The login and connection with Salesforce is kind of cumbersome. Connect issues. Head phone connection issues as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a call when you're on a call. Talk desk getting stuff in a "fetching data" status. Talkdesk freezing or not letting you change your status.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use , the application is very secured as well and the quality of calls is very high
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact that we can't give more than one call at the same time.

Obviously the application help me a lot to get sales :)

Talkdesk Live Monitoring is an intuitive application,
It's simple and easy to use with my CRM

Honestly, nothing except it's difficult to connect sometimes but it depends of your data internet

when you are new in the company, you can easily listen your coworkers to learn faster the speech

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up different ring groups within teams makes the facility ideal to use throughout the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing settings can be a bit tricky however their customer service team are always able to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from hard phones to an online system throughout the whole company making it easier to transfer calls both between departments and offices.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use it whenever and wherever around the office or when I am working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the update can last longer than I would like but not too bad usually always have a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to resolve issues with customers and easily transfer calls to the right department. Easy to use never crashes.

Talkdesk is fantastic since it allows us to choose which region you want to call from so you can be a local caller

Sometimes it acts a little weird, but like any application, restarting it once in a while does wonders.

I get to make impactful calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is easy to set up, it is easy to navigate however the phone tree is a bit hard to set up and track, and if it has any issues it is hard to see where it stems from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone tree is a bit hard to set up and track, and if it has any issues it is hard to see where it stems from. The admin side is also not so easy to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TalkDesk has helped us transition our call center into a HIPAA compliant environment and improve the way we track our call center metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that they truly understand the need to change-.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to identify who is calling through the Talkdesk callbar. I have it up on my screen all day so I do not have to have an extra tab open in my browser
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into a couple of hiccups with cases being created post-calls. Talkdesk has since released a fix
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and direct way for the support team to communicate with clients calling in. Talkdesk allows us to transfer calls between agents, and put clients on hold/mute when necessary

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to bring communications to a single platform. Using it to make reporting more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to get everything set up to accomplish what we needed. Basic transition definitely takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have accurate reporting on all calls and having each calls dispositions and accomplishments recorded.

It is very efficient and a great tool for companies that are constantly receiving Inbound calls at a high volume - very organized and a great software

I honestly do not have anything negative to say regarding Talkdesk, I have never encountered an issue while using

Caller ID is a great benefit, problems are resolved quickly as everything is recorded and timed so we can easily address issues and reference for accuracy
