What do you like best about the product?
the reporting feature makes it easier for me to do my job as one of the admins on the account
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have preferred if the call duration was in mins and hours instead of sec

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a super simple and easy to use, and it allows for calls to be recorded. Easy to install, an innovative product and good integration with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, but rarely the connection is bad!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day I have a fast connection with a customer around the world.
Talkdesk has a stable experience and the call signal is very stable most of the time!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using talk desk every day at work, I enjoy that it gives different options such as AWAY, and LUNCH to always know what everyone is doing. This allows me to do my everyday activities and keeps me on my toes. I like how I can see not only what I am doing but additionally what everyone else is doing as well. I like how there are multiple options so someone can tell when you are on lunch or if they are away from their desks. I love talk desk
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Talkdesk will disconnect and not work, this is very frustrating when trying to talk to a customer. The only other thing is sometimes a call will get stuck in the que and no one will be able to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could not be a business without talkdesk. We use this service every day and can completely get everything done in an organized and timely manner with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep doing the awesome job you are and great customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can track all the calls. I also like how you can listen in on calls for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to log in and out for different phone numbers, it takes awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect daily with my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please make it easier to transfer to different phone numbers. Also, I find it quite expensive to add more employees to be able to make calls. Sometimes I find myself to also help employees fix their sounds in the setting. It Auto generates to play out of the computer instead of the headset.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can visibly see the queue and the amount of time the calls have been waiting in the queue. I also like that you talk desk records your calls so you can easily go back and review them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you can only store your calls for 3 -6 months before talk desk deletes them for playback. I also do not like how when going form the widget to the web version it sometimes will set you to available when you are not on a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a platform with few calls dropped in order to offer our customers support 7 days a week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a test drive and you will not be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use when it comes to talkdesk! It is great phone software that has offered us a lot of benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection and quality are sometimes an issue depending on the connection you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use talkdesk to communicate with our customers about their rental orders and to assist them with an issues they may have using out site/products.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Talkdesk allows the reporting tab. This allows me to see how long I've been in a certain function. Keeps me honest and helps me with time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Talkdesk crashes when a call is coming in and I am not able to answer. This causes me to have to restart my entire desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk allows me to track my calls, time in functions, and my colleagues time as well. Enabling me to reach out for help, manage my time, transfer calls efficiently, and follow-up on customer's issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ability for specialist (users) to chat with Talkdesk support when technical issues arise with the product. Ability to offer up suggestions through the Talkdesk platform, as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the blind transfer goes fast and smooth and also the 3-way call is without any interruptions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transfer to a specific person within the phone que, also being able to view stats of specific users and groups. Being able to communicate with countries all over the world- dialing out to different countries and being notified that a caller is dialing us from another country.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection when wifi isn't pristine. Not talkdesks fault but the line sounds very choppy. Also I'm not a huge fan of the fact that other people can listen to my voicemails...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customers expectations, providing the best service possible by being available via telephone, when companies are veering away from this service and focusing more on emails these days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system is perfect for multiple users, the data provided by talkdesk is great to manage a team. Consumer's phone numbers are able to be stored, with notes. Routing and transferring calls is easy.
